**What do you like best about Blinger.io?**

Easy to set up. Easy to use. All channel can be add. 

**What do you dislike about Blinger.io?**

They need to invest their servers.  the messages and returns a little bit slow. They cannot build whatsapp api yet.

**What problems is Blinger.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer can reach us from Whatsapp, skype, messenger etc. All the operators can see at the same time.

**What do you like best about Blinger.io?**

I appreciate that our team has managed the system effortlessly, requiring minimal training, and has succeeded in simplifying tasks. Additionally, its configuration is excellent, as it allows for the integration of additional add-ons and the sending of emails, providing us with flexibility and convenience in our work, as well as facilitating better interaction with customers.

I value the feature of being able to follow up, as it allows me to monitor the application's performance and understand the clients' needs, thereby offering them better service. Another aspect I appreciate about this software is that it saves us time, ensuring efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Blinger.io?**

One of the points that I do not like about this program is that on certain occasions I have resorted to customizing reports, which has taken us a little time, and I do not like the presentation of the service messages. They are exhausting for me to see as they cover a lot of space, but in reality, these are details. Overall, it fulfills effective functions that allow us to provide better service to the client.

**Recommendations to others considering Blinger.io:**

I recommend this platform because it is easy to use, effective, and without a doubt increases my sales.

**What problems is Blinger.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite managing a lot of customer flow and a large number of daily messages, Blinger io has fully met this need, as it has reduced response times to customers, and in turn provides quality of service, as they can perform your requests and questions at any time of the day, and no doubt this system provides you with a friendly and quick response.

Thanks to this and other skills such as tracking, tracking, history storage, among others, has allowed the company to perfect many processes resulting in an excellent service, which is reflected in the increase of our sales and continuous growth.
