What do you like best about BizLibrary?

What I appreciate most about BizLibrary is the quality and relevance of its content. It maintains a strong balance between compliance training and professional development, with engaging microlearning that’s easy to fit into busy workdays. It also integrates seamlessly with our LMS. What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

While BizLibrary offers a broad and engaging content library, it does require thoughtful curation. Some courses vary in depth or style, reporting can be a bit limiting, and occasional course retirements mean programs sometimes need to be adjusted. It’s a strong content solution overall, but not a complete replacement for custom or role‑specific training. I also feel some upgrades can be made to the Admin portion in particular the Lists. What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I like the fact that it has so many courses in one place, and that we can add our own to the library. Customer is great for immediate fixes. Ease of use on the Learner side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

Running reports for our Compliance department does not seem easy at all. With our old planform they would simply go in and find the course and run the report filtering by what they needed was easy. We did not have to get involved with it. Customer fixes that can't be handled immediatiatly have to go to ticketing system which can take weeks to months for resolution. What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I like using BizLibrary because it's pretty straightforward and simple. I appreciate that you can search the catalog for keywords and get a sneak preview of the lesson to vet it. This feature is really helpful because as soon as we think of a subject area that we need to develop further, we just pop those keywords in the search window and get a quick list of all applicable trainings. We can then select from there which ones we want to pull and use for our staff. The soft skills trainings, course names, and lesson titles within those names really help us to visualize and build a clear elearning catalog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

I'm not sure. This one is tough. I would say maybe the technical side of things. Something along the lines of SCORM files. It's interesting, but also I'll say intuitive for those who may have technical experience with it. But those who do not have tahat prior knowledge and experience with SCORM files and what they're used for could benefit from the education behind the SCORM file. What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I appreciate the sheer volume of BizLibrary's content—it's vast! I enjoy working with our Client Success Manager, Terry Ankerfelt. He's kind, fun, and very patient. Terry has shown me the ropes in admin mode, come up with great ideas for my staff outreach, and found content in other areas I hadn't considered. He's really helpful. The initial setup of BizLibrary was easy and part of the onboarding process. I would rate my likelihood to recommend BizLibrary at an 8, and I've already discussed with people outside of work about how cool it is and what a great resource it provides. What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

I don't always give myself enough time to really get engaged and poke around all that BizLibrary has to offer. It takes time to really get immersed. What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I really appreciate the variety of off-the-shelf content BizLibrary offers, covering many subjects like leadership, communication, and compliance training including OSHA-required and HR-required training. The learning initiative feature is also super useful as it helps bundle content together, making it easier to assign multiple trainings. I also value that the BizLibrary team keeps the content up-to-date by retiring and replacing it when necessary, which takes a load off my responsibilities. We switched from Litmos LMS and found that BizLibrary offers much more to us. The initial setup was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

Sometimes the reporting features are a bit finicky. I can almost always get to what I need, but will often have to try multiple times (using different browsers, clearing the cache, etc.). This is not specific to BizLibrary necessarily, just a not-so-fun tech-y issue. Also, we do have trouble with our HRIS integration working properly from time to time. I enjoy using BizLibrary for microlearning, as it helps in the development of key skill gaps and delivers the content in a short and sweet way, which is ideal for an on-the-go workforce. I appreciate the ease of their system, which makes it easy for me as an admin to search for, download, and upload courses into my LMS. I don't have to wait for someone else to pull courses for me. The customer service is also something I like about BizLibrary - every rep we have worked with has been knowledgeable, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. I like using BizLibrary for compliance and safety trainings, thanks to its pre-created content which saves time. What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I really like BizLibrary's customer service because they are very fast to respond and always super polite and helpful. It's great having a dedicated success manager too. I also appreciate the depth of the catalog and that most of the courses are easily consumable micro learnings. BizLibrary makes it easy for us to track assignments and run reports, and it helps us get our new hires up to speed quickly. The implementation was fast, and the training was great with useful training tip sheets and trainings on how to use BizLibrary right in the system. I like that BizLibrary allows me to keep all of my company's training in one place, which helps with organizing and managing the training processes. It's great that I can group training together based on due dates and who needs to take it. This feature makes it easier to track and manage training schedules and responsibilities. I do not like that the new hire rule is based upon account creation and not actual employee start date. I do not like how many tabs BizLibrary opens.
