**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

A great initiative that our company did is to acquire Bitrix 24 as a tool to optimize our daily tasks, we started with the entry of data such as our projects, tracing the calendar of work activities, workflows was our priority, it was great for us that effectively organize our work processes, is a lightweight software, easy to use, practical, with good functionality, it is great to have this software

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Rare the weakness that we appreciate, but of the few were that the service to technical support is slow to answer or give solution, should improve that attention, on the other hand the option of self-hosting is very expensive, and if they want to improve every day This software should add more functions in search of a better service.

If you are looking for a software that can easily and timely organize your workflows, work schedules, pending projects, Bitrix 24 is the one for these types of jobs.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

One of the features that I liked the most was the ease to manage users quickly and accurately. Its cloud functionalities are ideal for medium-sized companies that need portability and access in different places.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

One of the restrictions to perform the grouping by partial totals in the consolidation of reports.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the need to make heavy and complicated software installations on the company's servers. Being a tool in the cloud saves the entire maintenance and installation process.
It is only necessary to perform an optimal configuration.

I can message my colleagues while in office freely. The software is online and has unlimited services.
The file storage and sharing features are quick to understand and work smoothly.

The mobile application hangs sometimes making communication hard. The software also consumes data.

The Bitrix 24 software has impacted on our company the way it takes the flow of work, organize our projects efficiently, the calendars are easy to interpret, it is quick to do the procedures, organize the work groups very timely, it is very practical, its interface is nice for the administrator, we can chat and make calls efficiently

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

As all software has its shortcomings, the lack of more functions and features, its costly acquisition, customer service is difficult to get them, its interface needs more details, sometimes it gets slow to load.

We recommend it because it is practical and helps the company to effectively organize our projects easily and safely.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I love Bitrix24 for so many reasons but the biggest reason being the layout! It is easy to navigate for me and my team - keeping everyone in the loop is so important and I havre the option to divide new procedures or information into so many helpful categories

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The mobile app has a habit of notifying you for every little thing posted - and does so twice. Once in workgroups and once for the activity stream which I don't feel is very necessary

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved: streamlining communication. Having all employees divided into different groups and then addressing them directly has limited the amount on information lost in translation/ people not copied on emails etc. 

Love that I can quote peoples messages and speak directly to them!

This very complete tool can take control of sales, manage tasks and projects and for collaboration of the working group. 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The web is good, but the app leaves a lot to be desired, it limits me a lot and I can not work on it, I need my pc always with me and it is uncomfortable. I hope they improve it

I like the deal kanban, where I can process my deals as a web designer.

Could perhaps be a little more user friendly in some aspects.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24 software can be used by any industry and offers so many features. It allows me to increase the efficiency of  the business.it made my work a lot easier as it comes with a built in CRM and with all the bells and whistles of a PAID software suite for small businesses.
other useful things such as the email server, the work groups, invoicing - it's everything I need in a very neat package. It has excellently unified communication system.
A good and secure tool for effective communication, collaboration, lead and client management. 
helps me to communicate with my co workers and in getting feedback from them .
Various features  like scheduling meetings ,creating tasks .
recording employee's  profile ,Calendar ,adding contacts ,sharing ideas with in are its key factors .

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Everything seems to be fine but what i dislike is that If this software adds accounting and financials to the packages,it would be a one-stop solution for every entrepreneur.
Bitrix24 is sometimes slow,,There should be more features available on the desktop version as well.
Desktop website isn't very responsive.There's no offline access,
More themes could be added to make the display page attractive .

I strongly recommend Bitrix24 to each and everyone who is in need of a communication software which makes our work  very easy and reduces out effort and time .Bitrix24 is a one-stop solution for every entrepreneur. **What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

*UI 
Since I started working in Bitrix24, their UI has changed a lot and has become more user friendly. At first it was a bit complicated, but the team is working a lot to make it user-friendly. I can see the work 
*Functionality 
Bitrix24 has a lot of great features, but its biggest advantage that I have used is an all-in-one solution. We have a chat there, can work with deals, create schedules, assign tasks with ease and track progress on specific work with history and recent actions taken by the responsible person 
*Customization 
Even in a free plan, bitrix24 leaves a lot of space for adjusting the platform to the companies approach. you can create teams and spaces and plan sales and development processes 
*Ad-dons 
Bitrix24 has its own marketplace where you can set integration with many services, like mail chimp or  a certain work process optimizer.  

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

*slow 
Being a power house CRM system, bitrix24 is sometimes slow, although I can see that bitrix team is working to improve it. 
*updates 
I also don't believe that their approach to upgrades is comfortable. Even though it does not take much time, but once in a while, the whole service goes down displaying that it is updating and you need to wait. This sometimes can slow work of the department and cause problems

*Define your workflows and then it would be very easy for you to implement them in the Bitrix24 CRM

In my team, we used Bitrix24 to work with new leads and organize work in sales department. Also, we are aiming to transfer all the processes there due to rich statistics and flexibility of the platform.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It has a quite simplified CRM system, which allows a great personalization and also a facility for the management of equipment and schedules along with unified communications, which facilitates the interaction between the different components.

The tasks, the programming and also the project management are another of the elements that allow to improve teamwork, fluency and the effectiveness of the work. They also have an automation design and a very visual representation of the work done, which allows you to orient yourself much better in reference to the actions you are carrying out in a group. It's easier when everything is much more visual.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The design could be improved, I think the interface in such a program influences a lot and the menus for me are somewhat confusing, I think it could be better structured to make it a much more powerful tool in terms of design, since in terms of options and configuration It is an incredible tool.

It is a good platform that facilitates teamwork, interaction and working with the resources you really need, saving time and effort. It is a good decision if you prefer a good performance to a very attractive design.

Bitrix24 has a large number of modules that can be activated or deactivated depending on the needs we have. The same goes for other functions, which can be chosen if they want to be used in a specific project or not. This has helped us to better manage and use resources, since we use what we really need in each project.

The learning of the internal operation of the program is quite simple, it explains well the large number of configuration options and options available to manage projects. It is also remarkable accessibility not only through the web, but mobile applications, it is easy to work also from different platforms and thus be able to manage elements from anywhere.

Nothing really, but if I had to pick 1, I would say add more features to your free version, to get more customers from free to paid version. The free version to me is not at all useful.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

This software allows us to easily manage our operations and coordinate efficiently the daily tasks of our company, is making a real and timely change on the handling of tasks, has an excellent calendar and a complete email service, chat and video call among others that are important for the daily operation of the company. It is an optimal product that organizes the work flows that allows us to advance without mishap the specific activities of the company

One of the disadvantages of this product or software is that it has very simple features, should be deepened and thus give a better service to the user, these features are very limited should do some software update, another disadvantage is that when connected by means of mobile equipment placed with low performance should optimize more that platform

We like this software because we were able to organize and manage our business operations and improve the work flow within this company, allowing the business to grow in an effective way, allowing us to make a positive technological change that is very easy to use and, most importantly, , can access in a timely manner optimizing the processes to be performed.
has an excellent calendar integrated with the task manager, a complete email service, chat and video call

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Some disadvantages that our company has noticed is that there is the Android application, with very limited functionalities, but very useful to take your work to where you are and solve issues without being in front of the PC, it is limited in the number of users, when you access the free form its functionalities are very basic

This application has a secure environment where employees and clients can send messages to each other, receive different types of files among the members of a team. You are optimizing the work reports and time spent on a task

One of our recommendations is that when it is in the free mode it does not support us in an optimal way the technical support or customer service, they also have to improve the graphic interface, although all this software has improved positively and with a great level that does not is to envy the big industry

the customer support is not only slow but other than the great features that it has, they all don't work accurately. A few glitches to be experienced if you are a company depending on this CRM for sales and production

this software also helps to improve communication between co-workers. I would also recommend one to go for the self hosted one, to enable more customization possible

Has a good experience of internal chat and gives access to social networks too.
We communicate to clients several counties apart for a cleaning and delivery.

Interface is awkward for a communication site , it requires some other mix colors.

Best part of this software is it is light on the processor and fast. 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

I disliked the UI, which is not user friendly and a new user needs extensive coaching. adaptability and integration is cumbersome. I faced lot of difficulty in integrating my PBX to CRM etc

1. Bitrix24 is all in one solution that provides everything needed for a team of several departments 
2. Product has various features for faster communication and a great cmmunication chat that can be used on the mobile. 
3. Recently company updated the product and now it has even more features and is way way faster! 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The product is still being developed and is looking for areas to expand. 
Like with many products like that - all in one solution - the problems lie in the big variety of tools it used and that need to be maintained. That comes at the cost of poor design at some places and weird work from time to time. 
Nevertheless, the company tries its best and never stops, which I appreciate and enjoy.

In my company, we solved several issue with bitrix24, which are - communication and task tracking. 
Before that we were strugling to work with several platforms such as google hangouts and asana, tried several task management tools like todoist and microsoft tasks, but nothing was full satisfactory for us. 

When we tried bitrix24 it showed us that we can have all solutions under one roof and focus on what maters - work. 

I would like to state that our departments became more organized and productive with the platform and now we use bitrix24 for almost all processes inside the company.

Something I have not looked into is the ability to build a website, seems like an interesting feature and many can benefit from it. Landing pages, those are a must for lead capture. They also provide free domain and hosting.

It has soo many features, take the time to get to know the platform and see what will work well for your and your business.

I have used it for tasks management and email campaigns. I found it very simple and powerful tool for both purposes. Especially integration with other systems (like MailChimp) to automate marketing campaigns is very easy.

What I found is that some interfaces are very complex of Bitrix24. Like you see too many options on a single window and you have to recall or explore the tools again. It would be grate if they could simplify it or give a self configuration at start so that user could setup the interface as per his own requirements.

I would definitely recommend Bitrix24 for those who want all in one solution for their company from managing internal projects to interacting with clients. This product has lots of powerful tools which can be utilised to automate project/tasks/client management.

Reliable free of charge CRM system, it has required just registration to start using it. I was using it for my "waste recycling" project, it does all basic stuff - contacts, leads, apps for iphone and android, tasks, assigning and so one. Even phone integration - what else do you need?

Had some issue with Xiaomi phone(crashing), but they made update for new version in couple of weeks.

It's CRM - Customer Relationship Management Software. The CRM in Bitrix24 provides a platform to organise and track interaction with potential or existing clients, partners, agents and other contacts. Bitrix24 CRM is also accessible on mobile with its mobile app. So you can find the information needed whilst on the move. Bitrix24 Mobile App CRM allows creation or editing of CRM entries and invoices directly  from a mobile device. You can use the product catalogue, browse client records, and even make calls from mobile.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Some app integrations that are hard to add on Bitrix24. I cannot configure some apps like mailchimp. So I am not sure if this is on them or Bitrix24. Anyways, as long as the CRM works good.

I'd like the app integration to be easier to use. You can also add more apps that can be used on this platform.

-The searching tool is great. It helps a lot to find registered information previously organized by company or contact.
-The streamline feature is a great way to post information and communicate to all users or just to a part of them. It may include the segmentation based on groups (example: sales information only to salespeople).
-Easy integration with other systems to automate marketing campaigns (example: MailChimp).
-Easy setup on cloud version: register and start to use the software! The free version is good enough if your business is not so big or complex.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

-Sometimes the user interface is too complex in a few parts of the system. It would be great to have the chance to simplify some of them (self-configuration).
-The permissions feature is limited. We tried to set up a specific user type (to restrict the access to CRM information) based on his own companies/contacts (something basic to a CRM) but it was not possible.
-The features to manage deals and sales funnel are a bit complex too when compared to other cloud CRM providers. We tried to use this feature for a while but it did not fit to our needs.
