All our team Sales, Support, Success, product and Tech is one place. we are capturing the whole guest journey, Even files and folders are stored in the CRM. we don't need 3-4 different softwares anymore, Bitrix solves the purpose.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I like that I can create projects with private and public. I am a web project manager, and my team and I used the bitrix24 system to communicate and start and finish daily tasks. It's once the best task management online system. Kanban integration is more pleasure and creates work to good.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Not usability, this system is no to beginner. I think users need more experience. If you want to study CRM systems, bitrix24 is not good online software. Also, I don't like, file upload system. Bitrix24 is too weighty.

if you want to used crm system by many functionality, you can choose bitrix24.

First, communications to my team are more difficult without bitrix24. This problem was solved to me by bitrix24. I created the timeline of a project, and this solved my problems.

It's a very good application for the  corporate world for tracking the time of employee and how much he/she has spent on the project .On this we can create task and assigning those task a particular deadline so that the person who is working on that project should undergo completing that project in that specific timeline and if fails to complete than the effeciency is reduced. Hence,tracking all its time spent in the office

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Some time it took 5-6min to start and load.otherwise the application work properly and work even on chrome.The only problem is with the startup time of the application.

Problems of inefficiency of the person is being reduced by using this application and his/her full day working projects are being monitored by the application which are being created by the managers.hence tracking the full day work.

Task automation service enables sending and recieving automatic notifications. Expense tracking allows recording expenses made by employees and submiting them for approval

We have been asking for an option to print Gantt charts and calendars and now we have that print option in the bottom of the screen

This is an exceptional CRM software that is compactable on phone system as well. The reports that can be sought easily and is very helpful to analyse and define success metrics of your program.

The customisations related to this CRM are basic and the customer support isn't that great, the worst part is the support is at the same level even if we've purchased a premium version of this software.

All the projects can be run simultaneously run and is hazel free. The options for integration and the customisation is good providing the option of using it on phone and on computer.

It's very complex for new users, the user interface is laggy and not user-friendly. New users get frustrated using this for the first time. Other simple tools like slack, Trello is way easier than this tool.Horrible support

I would not recommend this to anyone, especially for freelancers. this will consume your time to explore its confusing user interface. simple things like logging time will be time-consuming.

It needs a lot of improvements, I cannot interact with my funnel. Also, there is no option to limit service hours. The application does not have as many functions as the PC.

Excellent tool, but I recommend having a specialized company implement it because everything in the tool is complicated to program.

Bitrixx is good CRM which provides unlimited user licance..good for small size companies as this will save hugh cost of CRM compare to other CRM providers. Easy to use

Bitrix24 CRM is a potent CRM tool. Compared to other software in this field, It's cheaper than other  Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning Professional and Zoho CRM edition choices. It offers the same features but looks a little more menacing.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The Bitrix24 CRM system still has a lot of work to do in software simplicity. Still, along with a wide range of lead management tools, it has several handy automation features that provide excellent value to small businesses. CRM Bitrix24 has no customization features that make other competitor tools more flexible. In most cases, small businesses won't use all the tools in the Bitrix24 CRM arsenal, and many will do well with the free plan. For companies looking for more users and storage space, the Standard and Professional plans are still very affordable compared to what they offer. Bitrix24 CRM is a well-designed CRM service that can handle almost anything your customers have to offer.

CRM Bitrix24 also provides applications for Android and iPhone. The mobile app provides access to almost everything on your intranet, including corporate drives, workflows, tasks, and instant messengers (IMs). This is just as useful as the web version, and  actually much less intimidating.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It is a good idea to have project management software, and Bitrix does do the basic job of tracking hours, tracking tasks, tracking projects, measuring productivity, among others. The community/group board feature on the homepage is nice in that you can interact with colleagues and even shows your colleagues' birthdays.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

There are so many things I dislike! 1. At the top of the page, where you turn on and off to track hours, when you aren't tracking hours, the section keeps flickering, which is so annoying; 2. the site is very heavy and uses a lot of computer memory; 3. it's just very clunky as a whole. It's not intuitive at all how you can track hours by project; even when you just want to pause the project, that option is not on the home page, and I've clicked check and accidentally finished projects when I hadn't completed them. 4. Productivity metrics are annoying; the list goes on

I am sure there are other solutions that work so much better than Bitrix24.

It's a great tool to complete regular tasks and effective to handle client calls across different regions with a good flow of network. There's also a free inventory management option

Very unusually, the server time goes low on loading. But that's not often, but very rarely it happens. It would be much better if we could save in pre-defined email templates for regular usage while emailing via CRM

The self-hosted version of bitrix runs the best on our server. We will get full control of data, source code, and other tools

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What I like best about britix24 is that you can communicate with a team and collaborate with the team very quickly, and how you can send a private message to a particular person and how easy it is for them to look at that message and respond promptly to you—private messaging where you can pinpoint who you want to write to. The tracking by admin to say what time you logged in and completed assignments. I like that it offers unlimited users, tools, and that its free most of all.

What I disliked about the bitrix24 system is that it should have its own map system type of format, also the fact that I dont think it uses others apps much like Facebook or twitter and other apps to add to its fluency.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

CRM, sales inlays, project management, and a variety of other modules are also accessible. It allows you to collaborate with a colleague in a beautiful way. Everything you need is right there, with an easy-to-use side menu. It's a really useful software with strong features to help me operate my business more efficiently, and we discovered a "human resource management" tool that measures engagement, work time, and job tracking when using the app, which is where we get benefits. It has all of the qualities of a collaborative intranet. Furthermore, work automation is simplified by creating a single-click task in Chat; BitRix24 recognizes the words "today or tomorrow" as well as dates for offers and customers in Chats, allowing for a very pleasant task to be created.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Some UX options are questionable. In CRM, services like Data Settings are hidden in places you'll never find them, with some claiming to save up time to focus on transaction traffic by attempting to modify duplicate agreement credentials for other customers. It does not have such a tidy or straightforward interface, with numerous alternatives to participate in, to be so annoying that it does not have so many possibilities via the usage of the program. It may be more challenging for inexperienced users, but the tutorial can assist them comprehend the essential functions. Although there are numerous courses, the learning resources are critical to fully comprehending them. It's not as user-friendly as other apps, where I can rapidly converse and understand the structures.

This is an excellent curriculum if you have the time to study all of the units. Check how many features you require before purchasing a membership. You can decide whether it's worth it after the free trial. Work with BITRIX24, a cooperation partner, instead of self-service. It enables us to organize our work in one location, exchange files, collaborate, and communicate with colleagues in a variety of ways. We have to manage different areas of company far too often since there are so many distinct systems. I have a cloud storage facility with comprehensive solutions and even have the luxury of exchanging data with workers and colleagues in my firm, in addition to being a brilliant data analyst and manager of my business. My community's biggest advantage is that I can accomplish this in particular. With the BITRIX24 calendar function, I can easily delegate duties to my workers and highlight activities. It also serves as a distribution and accounting team for us. We've just been able to organize the experience basis for this post.

I am Solving the company’s internal communications using it for chat and video conferencing, with options for recording videos to share within a team or across your whole business. I have used Bitrix24 for more than two years; it is a very user-friendly online tool. You do not need to install or set up the system. It is a SAAS system, and Bitrix24 looks after all the system maintained and hosting for you. The best part of the system is the employee management and kanban for task management.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Sometimes, Bitrix24 is more advanced for average users. You have to have good knowledge of project management to use the system. The features Bitrix24 has sometimes overkilled.

I highly recommend Bitrix24 for those having trouble managing projects with papers and pens or Excel sheets.

I am using Bitrix24 to manage projects in the form, and Bitrix24 makes it very easy and well organized. After migrating to Bitrix24, we did not need to maintain an on-premises server or pay any cloud server cost. It is a total saving on our budget. So ultimately, Bitrix24 saves a lot of money free us from the hassle of maintaining the system and server on-premises.

Bitrix is a platform which is extremely flexible and customizable. It has custom fields which helps us incorporate our sales and conversion processes into the system.  We have been managing our sales pipeline on Bitrix and I am happy with it. The email integration helps us send our emails from the tool and we can save relevant documents/attachments which relates to a particular lead in the pipeline.  It helps me keep a track of my follow-ups. The user guide manuals are very useful. It helps you understand the product in and out. They also keep updating them.

There has been no issues so far, it works like a charm.

Bitrix24 is reasonably lightweight and intuitive for a new business.  You can start very quickly and begin seeing value.  The basic features give you the tools to organize contacts and leads, and workflow leads to completion.

When you begin scaling your operations, the system does not lend itself to the do-it-yourselfer.  You will need assistance from a Bitrix partner with more experience in the system and scaling complex operations.

Bitrix24 is a quick solution to stand up, especially the cloud version. 
It will satisfy essential functions, but you may require help once you scale or utilize advanced features.  
Start with the basic functions and info that your company needs.  Don't try to get too advanced too quickly.
The unified communications feature works well, but, it is challenged with external users.
Overall I would reccomend Bitrix24 for new companies looking to get organized.

What I love the most is the new templates feature. It does an excellent job of saving your time when setting up a project. And it can take a lot of time considering how customizable and flexible the platform is, which is a great plus for many, I'm sure.

Some tabs/views lack relevant functionality, such as rolling updates across milestones. You can do everything you need to but may need to use a couple of opinions.

Use Wrike because of its spotless and easy-to-use interface. We have a lot of collaborators on our team that need to be able to communicate in one place. One of the great features I like about it is the integration with Google Drive. We can add docs that we have created in other areas directly into a task, making it easy for everyone to stay in one system to review any copy edits or further collaboration there. It's also convenient because we get email alerts when somebody assigns you to a task or makes an update there;

I really appreciate that, by keeping control and monitoring over the duties allocated to the project participants you can manage projects in a more effective way. I may also split the members by function into various groups. The time of a job may therefore be monitored and where each member of the group intervenes and unites the actions undertaken to manage the work and its completion. I appreciate the ability to manage the workflow, to structure projects very effectively, to do very valuable work for that sort of process, a strong calendar capacity and an immediate maintenance of the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

I didn't enjoy this product since the learning curve is long and you have to spend a lot of time making the most of this program. The ability to alter some features would also be helpful if I could have more freedom to adapt things to my taste. Another negative side is that the technical assistance is quite restricted if you get the free edition, therefore when there's a problem you should seek for a solution. You also need a crew with server expertise, since you should be responsible for the storage and data processing. That's why it's preferable to get premium version, but remember that it might be extremely costly.

The user interface is really intuitive, and the ability to plan work times is wonderful. This program is nicely created. The best thing about bitrix is that it allows the integration of VoIP services in a softphone and the attention of chats from different sources in a single window. What I like best about Bitrix24 is that it is the only free CRM platform with several features like Tasks, Projects, Communications, Funnel, and several others. It is free for life for all of your users, and you can almost have everything done with this single platform. And there are paid features which you can avail anytime by upgrading your plan.

What I dislike about Bitrix24 is that because it has so many features, to be able to use some of them, you need to purchase the monthly plans, which get very confusing sometimes as to which plan is best for the features you need to use. We should be able to choose to purchase subscriptions for individual features so that it is cost-efficient and you know exactly the parts you need to pay for to use them. Finally, there is no support for free users.

I would strongly recommend everyone to give Bitrix24 a try, especially if you are new to CRMs.
