They look out for you. They like to keep you happy. 😁 **What do you dislike about TEKsystems?** No downside They do what they say and positions are as described. **Recommendations to others considering TEKsystems:** They are fast efficient and have a great people pool. **What problems is TEKsystems solving and how is that benefiting you?** A great contracting firm. I’ve worked for them several times over the years, and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. ### 2. On time solutions to talented humans with quality, speaks how well TEKsystems is accelerating in the world. **What do you dislike about TEKsystems?** The only thing I dislike is, it is not expanding the services to all the countries. May be its just a beginning of them! Hopefully one day diversity is also given its place! **What problems is TEKsystems solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps is sourcing talent and finding solutions to majority of issues by bringing the talent, majorly remote ones. Be it full stack engineers or just annotators, they are fully capable to provide our requirements on time and that too as per our norms. I must say it is a highly reliable company with trustworthy staff based on my experience! ### 3. Responsive to clients. **What do you dislike about TEKsystems?** Not responsive to candidates. TEKSystems did not keep prospective candidates in the feedback loop. TEKSystems did not represent our organizational culture concerning prospective candidates and talent acquisition. **What problems is TEKsystems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talent acquisition.
