What do you like best about Bikky?

It's a great, easy to use platform that very clearly makes both the data and analysis accessible for a wide variety of users. The type of data Bikky provides is invaluable to assessing next steps and opportunities for marketing, operations and even culinary. We're excited about the cross-collaboration possible based on the types of data Bikky unlocks for us and it's a huge value that we're seeing large-scale guest trend data that we otherwise wouldn't have insights into. What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky has great customer service. And very easy to use. Whenever I have a question, they are quick to respond and guide me in the right direction. They also have a great AI feature for pulling custom reporting. 10/10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bikky?

I would like the reporting to show system wide YOY sales when using certain filters on the Comp SAles section of the report. I can get them, but only by using the data assistant. What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky has given us so much more insights on who our guests are. I'm pleasantly suprised every time I pull up my Bikky Dashboard. The guest trends have given us insights on frequency plays, informed us on menu changes and day parts and opened our eyes on when where and who we need to market to in order to create a better business. What do you like best about Bikky?

As a fast growing brand, it's critical for us to quickly understand the impact of our marketing and menu decisions. Bikky is a phenomenal partner in helping us understand our customer data so we know exactly how how our initiatives are driving higher sales for our franchise partners.

I've launched hundreds of menu items over my career, including at some of the largest restaurant brands in the country. Working with Bikky, though, was the first time where my team and I had the ability to answer critical questions around new guest acquisition, retention, frequency, and sales.

What do you like best about Bikky?

We use Bikky to analyze data and it has become an integral tool in our growth strategy. It was easy to setup and their team is incredibly helpful. We use the platform for everything from learning more about our guests to improving our menu and operations.

The platform easily integrates with Toast and is user friendly. That said, if there are ever any questions, they have a helpful support team to guide you along the way.
