What I love most is how actionable the insights are. Bikky doesn’t just show you what’s happening, it helps you understand why it's happening and what to do next. **What do you like best about Bikky?**

It's a great, easy to use platform that very clearly makes both the data and analysis accessible for a wide variety of users. The type of data Bikky provides is invaluable to assessing next steps and opportunities for marketing, operations and even culinary. We're excited about the cross-collaboration possible based on the types of data Bikky unlocks for us and it's a huge value that we're seeing large-scale guest trend data that we otherwise wouldn't have insights into.

**What do you dislike about Bikky?**

Nothing to note - they are constantly fine tuning and developing from their current product set. We've been excited about the additional reporting aspects they've added to the dashboard and can't wait to see how else they develop!

**What problems is Bikky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our traffic and sales trends by guest audience lifecycle type was not available to us previously and Bikky has given us access to this key data set. And on top of that, their on-platform analysis and insights are very helpful for us getting the top line info we need to make decisions in a quick and efficient manner.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky has great customer service. And very easy to use. Whenever I have a question, they are quick to respond and guide me in the right direction. They also have a great AI feature for pulling custom reporting. 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Bikky?**

I would like the reporting to show system wide YOY sales when using certain filters on the Comp SAles section of the report. I can get them, but only by using the data assistant. Would like the pulling of reports to be a bit easier without using the DAta assistant.

Being able to streamline some data quicker by utilizing the data assistant

It was super fast to implement, their customer service is top notch and the system is fully integrated.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky has given us so much more insights on who our guests are. I'm pleasantly suprised every time I pull up my Bikky Dashboard. The guest trends have given us insights on frequency plays, informed us on menu changes and day parts and opened our eyes on when where and who we need to market to in order to create a better business. Haven Hot Chicken is still discovering more uses for Bikky every time we have a call with thier team.

So far nothing! Loving working with Bikky and how open they are to give us quick answers on all of our questions.

Bikky has solved a few menu decisions we've had that appear to be items we should remove but have major frequency plays. 
Since onboarding Bikky we've been able to make great decisions on our menu, marketing moves and startegy for new openings.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

As a fast growing brand, it's critical for us to quickly understand the impact of our marketing and menu decisions. Bikky is a phenomenal partner in helping us understand our customer data so we know exactly how how our initiatives are driving higher sales for our franchise partners.

I've launched hundreds of menu items over my career, including at some of the largest restaurant brands in the country. Working with Bikky, though, was the first time where my team and I had the ability to answer critical questions around new guest acquisition, retention, frequency, and sales.

I would highly recommend them to any growing multi-unit restaurant brand.

**What do you dislike about Bikky?**

Data, in isolation, isn't all that businesses need to make good decisions. However, the Bikky team and product do a great job helping our team answer the most important questions we have about our business.

**What problems is Bikky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bikky's biggest impact has been in answering key questions about how our guests interact with our menu, including our tests of new items. This includes how well an item brings in new guests, if it brings them back for a repeat visit, how they engage with other items on the menu, and if they're contributing to higher sales.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

We use Bikky to analyze data and it has become an integral tool in our growth strategy. It was easy to setup and their team is incredibly helpful. We use the platform for everything from learning more about our guests to improving our menu and operations. 

The platform easily integrates with Toast and is user friendly. That said, if there are ever any questions, they have a helpful support team to guide you along the way. 

Another great aspect of Bikky is that thanks to their startup culture, they listen to their customers and continually launch new features that help all of our brands become more successful.

**What do you dislike about Bikky?**

We love Bikky, and the only downside is that they don't integrate as well with the REVEL platform, which will no longer be an issue when our remaining locations on REVEL convert to Toast in the coming months.

**What problems is Bikky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bikky tells us more about our guests and the guest journey. It also provides information on our menu items, allowing us to see the likelyhood of a guest returning after ordering a specific item.

We've been working with Bikky for several months, and the experience has been outstanding. Their platform has really helped us dig into our customer data, which has made it easier to understand behavior patterns, make smarter decisions, and fine-tune our marketing efforts. Bikky offers numerous valuable reports and features that provide a comprehensive view of customer analytics. The dashboards have also been a big help in tracking and evaluating our performance. 

Beyond the capabilities of the platform, the team at Bikky has been incredibly responsive and agile in addressing our needs. Whether it was supporting ad-hoc analysis requests or answering our questions promptly, they’ve always been there to support our success.

Bikky's integrations across multiple payment platforms makes it possible to gauge the effectiveness of loyalty programs,   lto items, and the health of the digital business. Bikky offers segmentation based on these integrations that helps us identify and cater to specific segments of our customers, while understanding the behavior of our customers overall.

The Bikky team is incredibly helpful throughout the implementation process and post implementation. Bikky is eager to assist and improve user experience.

The amount of data in Bikky dashboards can be daunting, however Bikky does a great job of including definitions on the dashboards and de-mystifying the data.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky make it easy for us to better understand how our decisions impact our guests and - more importantly - lead to higher sales.

We've learned how to more strategically use our menu, from new product launches, to different item combinations. This is critical for us as our brand rapidly scales across the country. 

We need to make fast decisions that lead to higher sales and better store-level economics for our franchise partners. Bikky's team and product have been there every step of the way.

With any analytics tool, it can be hard to get signal from all the data available. Bikky's team does a great job of helping us break through the noise and give us very specific, actionable answers to key strategic questions.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky informs a lot of our business decisions, both from a marketing and from a menu development perspective. We are able to create segments and track our guests behavior across different platforms, understanding what action we can take in order to maximize retention and boost LTV. We also automate our drip campaigns through the integration with mailchimp, serving ad-hoc communications based on guests actions.

**What do you dislike about Bikky?**

The tool is very powerful and contains a lot of data, so it could be easy to get lost. Thankfully their team is very supportive and helps clarifying the main action items and key insights to work on.

Before Bikky we were operating with very limited visibility and understanding of our guests journey. Now we have a much clearer view of their behaviour and are more aware of how our menu is performing when it comes to retention. Thanks to Bikky we have been able to increase both the frequency and spending of our guests and I believe this is crucial as we keep expanding our concept.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

As the Manager of CRM and Guest Insights for Eggs Up Grill Restaurants, I have had the pleasure of utilizing Bikky, since 2022. As we're scaling rapid growth toward 100 units, having bikky in our toolkit, has opened the treasure chest of our guests' behavior.By having a comprehensive understanding of our guests, we can personalize their experience and drive engagement. Bikky has been instrumental in helping us achieve this goal.

Features I use daily include the segmentation tool, to slice and dice guest behavior that's menu, frequency, or location driven. Also the trends and lifecycle dashboards are my go-to for analysis of restaurant performance at acquiring new guests, retaining returning guests, and driving frequency with engaged guests.

The team at Bikky is also the best brains in the business. From the data engineers to Customer Success partners, and CEO, Abhinav, data-curiosity and a genuine desire for their partners' success lead the way forward.

This question reads more like, "What's stopping me from getting a, "bikky" tattoo?" 

In all seriousness, our business goals have us diving deeper into consumer insights and broader industry trends. We're working with the fabulous team at bikky to develop some customized dashboards to give industry context to our metrics.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky has allowed us to analyze our customer behavior at a level we've never achieved before. We use Bikky on a daily basis to understand how our customers interact with our brand. The tools provided have allowed us to unlock critical insights that are diving the business forward. Additionally, the ability to directly query the data via a SQL data share allows us to customize the data to answer the exact questions that we need data for. The user interface provides simple trend analysis as well as deep dive tables to allow for usability across all levels of the organization. Our customer support team is a fantastic partner and helps us grow and advance our organization.

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform. I look forward to the team's continued advancements and I know we'll continue to get new and enhanced features.

Bikky is revolutionary with its ability to aggregate an omnichannel data lake, collecting data from all sales channels and guest touchpoints while revealing a holistic picture of our sales and guests' behavioral trends in near real-time. Bikky provides us with complete visibility and segmentable control of our guests' analytics, including, but certainly not limited to, acquisition, LTV, AOV, engagement, frequency, retention, lapse, churn, spending habits, and PMIX—including PMIX retention. 

As a daily power user of Bikky, I can confidently say it is a next-generation tool. If you are looking for a tool to regain the power of your first party day, stop looking! From ease of use to full omnichannel data aggregation capabilities, Bikky is the choice for any larger SMB or enterprise in the restaurant industry looking to improve its guest experience, operational functions, analytics, and marketing activation. Bikky is a non-negotiable component of our tech stack! 

I believe in Bikky's power so much that when given an opportunity to invest, I did so without hesitation.

As with any software, integrations can present challenges, but Bikky will find a way.

At the end of the day, no other tool in our tech stack empowers our first party like Bikky. The tool allows us to create highly customized and personalized segments for operational insight and marketing activation, bolstering guest relationships to increase frequency, retention, and satisfaction. Bikky's learnings assist all of our teams in being aware of what we are doing well and where we need improvement. We no longer question if our assumptions based on general industry and walking knowledge are correct; instead, we either test or validate said intuition with data using Bikky.

**What do you like best about Bikky?**

Bikky fills a very odd hole in restaurant marketing and its been very useful for our marketing team.  The implementation team and follow up team has been excellent and has held our hand throughout the process.  Integration was very easy and most of the software is very intuitive.  Would highly recommend its use for restaurants that have a large amount of customers that are not included in their loyalty program.

Would like to have more integrations.  Would like it If they had their own email functionality instead of integrating with other programs.

Working with Bikky from discovery to implementation, it was clear everyone there cared and understood our business.  This CDP plays well with our entire tech stack.  Immediately, we saw visability to a large group of marketable customers beyond our loyalty program.   We were able to better understand our customers' preferences and behaviors, key to today's competitive market, rising costs and everchanging menu offerings.

Onboarding was quick and easy, and support to help ensure our data was clean and actionable was paramount.
