A cap on custom fields: You’re limited to 50 custom fields, (Bigin 360 level) and only one formula custom field can be used to trigger another formula field. Limited automation/workflow depth: You’ll find basic “if this, then that” rules, but not deep conditional logic or multi-step automations.
