The pipeline view makes it very easy to track lead movement, partner activity, and loan disbursal progress. We can clearly monitor team performance, partner-generated leads, and overall business flow in real time. Currently, there are limited advanced customization and reporting options compared to full-scale CRMs. Some automation features are basic, and deeper analytics would be helpful as the business scales. Earlier, it was difficult to monitor leads, follow-ups, disbursals, and partner performance in one place. With Bigin, we can easily track how many leads are generated, how many are converted into disbursals, how many new partners are onboarded, and how many leads each partner brings.
