We have been using Zoho Bigin to streamline our operations, and honestly, it has been a breath of fresh air. The interface is incredibly clean and user-friendly; unlike bulky enterprise CRMs, Bigin doesn't require a steep learning curve. My team was able to pick it up in a single afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? 1. Customization limits: There are some limits on customization that can be slightly frustrating. For example, you are limited to a certain number of custom fields per module, you can't add sections to group the data points, you can't customize the data view (rearrange the fields in the layout), you can't create multiple layouts under modules, etc. 2. The native webforms are a bit too basic for my liking. They lack conditional logic (e.g., showing or hiding questions based on a previous answer) and do not have built-in translation features for multi-language support. Before Bigin, our data was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and sticky notes. Bigin solved this by giving us a centralized "360-degree view" of our business. Now, when I open a contact, I see everything in one place: emails, files, past tasks, notes, and related records. The standout feature for us is the "Pipelines." We don't just use it for sales; we’ve set up different pipelines for various business functions (like customer onboarding and order tracking), which keeps everything organized in distinct stages. The mobile app is also seamless—it’s fully functional and mirrors the web version perfectly, allowing us to manage deals while on the move without any friction.
