instead of making excel sheets, this is a better choice. I managed the data pipeline, the interface is quite simple so it was easy to understand how to use it. tracking was easy. i didn't needed any heavy training to use it. for my small team, it was very good. this crm made easy to track the follow ups specially. earlier i had to maintain the data in excel which was time taking plus remembering the flow that how & where the data is stored. but in this CRM case it became easy to track the data , followups. it reduced my manual work by automating it. instead of updating data manually again & again, it helpmed me to repeat the routine activities.
