Some integrations—especially with third-party sales and marketing tools—aren’t as seamless or extensive as we’d like, meaning we need workarounds for a few workflows. Additionally, a few features that are standard in larger CRMs (like advanced automation or predictive lead scoring) aren’t available yet. What I dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM is the poor migration support. During the migration process handled by the Zoho team, all our data was lost, and the issue was neither properly acknowledged nor resolved.
