It's a great entry into CRM solutions with a powerful suite that is compatible with a ton of apps and integrated solutions! I also enjoy the free tier as it actually gives you a chance to try out the software to the fullest extent. **What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?** I really dislike how you cannot delete the Sales Pipeline that originally comes set up when you create an account. There are cases where people may not use CRM for sales, and Bigin does a great job allowing you to change terminology to accommodate different use cases, however, you really can't modify much of the sales pipeline and cannot delete it either so you're kind of stuck creating a second pipeline if your original intent for Bigin is just project management for instance.
