Betterleap is an all-in-one outbound recruitment solution that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The combination of sourcing functionality, contact info finding, and multi-channel outreach automation at such a reasonable price point is ideal for independent recruiters or boutique agencies, but enterprise customers would certainly get a ton of value from this product as well. I just onboarded with Betterleap recently, so I'm still getting a feel for everything, but it's highly usable and intuitive and the hands-on customer service I've received has been super responsive and helpful. Betterleap is still in its early stages of product development, so there's naturally some room for growth. They are currently limited in the number of ATS they can integrate with, but I'm told that's something they are working on expanding. I've used Betterleap while sourcing for sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering and the candidate pool and email/contact data are far superior to LinkedIn. Caliber of candidates when sourcing, in-app messaging and sequencing, the team's responsiveness to our questions, the ability to see key project metrics (e.g. response rates, opens, interested candidates) and the ability to monitor performance across all recruiters on the team.
