Betterleap is an all-in-one outbound recruitment solution that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The combination of sourcing functionality, contact info finding, and multi-channel outreach automation at such a reasonable price point is ideal for independent recruiters or boutique agencies, but enterprise customers would certainly get a ton of value from this product as well. I just onboarded with Betterleap recently, so I'm still getting a feel for everything, but it's highly usable and intuitive and the hands-on customer service I've received has been super responsive and helpful. Betterleap is still in its early stages of product development, so there's naturally some room for growth. They are currently limited in the number of ATS they can integrate with, but I'm told that's something they are working on expanding.
