&lt;p&gt;For enterprise SaaS teams, the strongest trust signal is how predictably the platform behaves under failure, not just normal traffic. I’d weigh failover speed, configuration stability, observability, and how much manual intervention was needed during peak-load or outage scenarios.&lt;/p&gt;
