Excellent product, functionality/features, and customer support
Caliber of candidates when sourcing, in-app messaging and sequencing, the team's responsiveness to our questions, the ability to see key project metrics (e.g. response rates, opens, interested candidates) and the ability to monitor performance across all recruiters on the team. From larger features to small features - BetterLeap is a great product. We look forward to continue building with BetterLeap

Betterleap is the future of recruiting tech
Betterleap is an all-in-one outbound recruitment solution that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The combination of sourcing functionality, contact info finding, and multi-channel outreach automation at such a reasonable price point is ideal for independent recruiters or boutique agencies, but enterprise customers would certainly get a ton of value from this product as well. I just onboarded with Betterleap recently, so I'm still getting a feel for everything, but it's highly usable and intuitive and the hands-on customer service I've received has been super responsive and helpful.

Betterleap's product is intuitive, fast, and beautifully designed.
I've used Betterleap while sourcing for sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering and the candidate pool and email/contact data are far superior to LinkedIn. It's my go-to daily over legacy solutions. Not to mention the quality of the AI-recommended candidates which makes covering the market super efficient.
