Very disappointed in the support and program capability from Benefitfocus. We have been a customer for 5+ years and trying to get support from them is horrible. You will have a different account manager every couple of months who knows nothing about the previous problems, and isn't willing to figure them out. Nothing is seamless and there are many glitches. This system will leave you very disappointed unless you have no intentions of looking for support when the functions don't work. I would steer clear of them for sure.
