Customers can come in at any given time and access documents or reach out directly to our team. They love it because it makes everything smoother during the sales process. We're slowly moving our customer coms from Slack channels to beehivr. **What do you dislike about Beehivr Technology?** It was only on Ipad first, but I know the team is working on releasing a web app which will make it a no-brainer really. **What problems is Beehivr Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a kind of Slack for customers for us. We're using it to make back and forth discussions easier for our customers, and our sales team. It helps make interactions smoother and the conversation becomes way more authentic when it's instantanious. Our customers can just chat with our team when they have questions. And now we provide instant support through chat and video call. ### 2. We do not need paper or PowerPoint to talk about our business and our enterprise ### 3. If the partnership fits, you will enjoy working with them. **What problems is Beehivr Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to offer our store associates a set of tools that allow them to better perform numerous tasks.
