"BatchDialer, BatchLeads & the Support Teams are a Winning Combination."
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

When we were introduced to BatchDialer, we had been using MOJO for a couple years. However, the integration with my CRM was difficult and time consuming to execute.

We had been using BatchLeads for over a year and the decision to integrate BatchDialer was an easy one. Our MAJOR reason solely rest on the shoulders of the Support Team at BatchLeads. No matter the problem or reason, the support team is quick with a fix. They take responsibility for everything on their end or guide you to the library of understandable tutorials to help you become an expert. Making the decision to move from MOJO to BatchDialer was an easy one. Since then productivity has increased and it is more enjoyable to make calls when everything is at your fingertips.

BatchDialer, BatchLeads & the Support Teams are a Winning Combination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

BatchDialer uses the computer for the connection. I hope in the near future it will connect with my cell phone and not my laptop or desktop. Quality of the calls certainly would be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Dialer to Pair with Batch Leads"
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

That it integrates with BatchLeads, and it has a 3-line dialer. Customer Support is great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

The price is a bit to high. I'd be happier if it was $99/month instead of $139. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Software, Great Support."
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

Landree and the Customer Support team with BatchDialer are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Additionally, it's ease of integration between my CRM and other Systems are top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

Regarding the system itself, it's a solid Dialer, however there are still a few minor upgrades to be made before I'd consider it perfect. Mainly, the ability to capture lead flow between initial contact through closing is very limited. Hopefully developers keep this in mind and continue improving the software. "BD is great for keeping things organized"
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

The organization of everything on the backend and the training they provide. Not only do they have actual free classes but there are very informative videos on what to do about any situation and if that doesn't help you they have a very responsive chat box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

I'm not sure if this is a batchleads or batchdailer problem but my contact rate to the correct number is very low. However, I just took a class on how to get my contact rate up and I hope that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning has been a rewarding journey, filled with challenges that transformed into valuable lessons"
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

Ease of Integration, customer support from Landree Morby Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

Honestly the price. As a loyal customer to Batchleads if we could price bundle or gave a discount to your loyal customers. That would make a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Dialer system"
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

I love the customer service and the tripple line dialer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

I hope that one day really soon it will be fully integrated with other systems like Batch Leads and Podio so that they can all be linked and if I make any changes to a lead in one it will transfer over to the rest. I also think that I should have the ability to text the leads I dial. The System does not make it easy to recieve inbound calls. I do feel like the system overall is a bit clunky and things could be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use for prospecting for leads"
What do you like best about BatchDialer?

BatchDialer helps make dialing multiple phone numbers while prospecting for leads. I appreciate how easy it is to use once I attended the information classes. It makes prospecting for leads more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchDialer?

The only downside I can think of is when I first used BatchDialer, I didn't know how to set up the voicemail feature. When numbers were called, but one picked up, the other calls had no way to respond back. However, once I understood how to set up that feature, missed calls went to voicemail for follow-up later.
