**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

I've tried a lot of different dialers for my various lead sources for my real estate cold calling and love BatchDialer. I use it every day that I am prospecting, usually 5-6days a week.  It's super easy to use and has some pretty great features that display the type of properties and owners you are calling, and each campaign can have it's own built it script. Super easy to get local phone numbers and have them monitored to keep the numbers healthy. It also easily integrates with my leads platforms and if not, is an easy and straightforward list upload.  Lastly, it was easy to implement and get going, and the 1on1 call with customer support is epic. All in all, I think they have a customer for life.. ok, now back to dialing. :)

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

Like anything it took a little bit of time to learn my way around the platform and understand how to customize it for my needs. I was up and dialing the first day, and had it mastered by day 2 or 3.. The 1on1 call helped further improve my onboarding.

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a high contacts per hour rate, somewhere in the 7-10+ which is everything when it comes to dialing. Now I just need to get better at converting those contacts into leads. But that's on me.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

I appreciate that BatchDialer saves time without feeling pushy. I like that calls move faster, yet a human is still fully in charge. The initial setup is extremely easy, which I find really convenient.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

You can't make as many calls per hour as with predictive or power dialers. It's not ideal if you need maximum throughput. Also, there's a current gap with call prioritization; most batch dialers call lists in a fixed order. I'd like it to prioritize by the best time to call, move high-value or time-sensitive contacts to the front, and use past answer data to reorder lists.

BatchDialer saves me time by automatically dialing the next number, allowing me to focus on conversations instead of manual dialing, which enhances productivity without being pushy.

With batch dialer, connecting and managing your interactions with sellers or any potential customer is a breeze.  Everything is in one place, crm, phone system and even what to say. With this platform there are no excuses.  You don’t even need to outsource your list anymore, with their integrated property search feature its a no brainer. Shout out Chris!! You the man!

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

There's really nothing I can complain about.

It puts everything i need right in front of me and allows me to seamlessly take notes on every call, keeps track of what numbers have been contacted and even gives me a word for word script if I get off track. Its helping me actually reach out with confidence.

The simplicity for calling agents. Pretty easy on their side

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

The phone system is highly unreliable. Their number auto-rotation doesn't work every time. The software is extremely buggy. The export/import features are highly lacking. If a contact already exists in one campaign, you can't import them into a new campaign without deleting all of their notes and data. I run into limitations and bugs one after the other, actively working to switch away to something more robust.

The support is terrible, the website is very slow and features are limited, but they say more are coming in the future, no dates.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

Pretty straight forward system. The location for your training vids is pretty poor. Having to go to youtube to find training vids and they're either outdated or not the official batchdailer training vids where the youtuber adds their own training specific to them.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

The vm delivery system fails 40% to 50% of the time. Bad enough we don't get them direct when calling but when we do our "VM Drop" the message is cut off by 60% or not delivered at all and when delivered it's delivered 1 1/2-2 days later.

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Support but even then their support is very slow. I spent 2 1/2 to 3 hrs on hold, with customer support on what I considered very basic questions. If the response from batchdailer mgmt is, "Well you should take into account we are helping other customers" my response is, Why??? 

The system should be working as advertised. The training video's should be easy to find (they're not) and accurrate, they're not. The questions raised by customers should be addressed in your training video's and your training video's should be updated (they're not) so you wouldn't have "so many calls".

We're Entrepreneur's, go-getters, not lazy minded or helpless (least not most of us). If the training you provide along with the video's and easily ability to find them we wouldn't have to waste our time or your VA's time with what are really basic system questions.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

When we were introduced to BatchDialer, we had been using MOJO for a couple years. However, the integration with my CRM was difficult and time consuming to execute. 
We had been using BatchLeads for over a year and the decision to integrate BatchDialer was an easy one. Our MAJOR reason solely rest on the shoulders of the Support Team at BatchLeads. No matter the problem or reason, the support team is quick with a fix. They take responsibility for everything on their end or guide you to the library of understandable tutorials to help you become an expert. Making the decision to move from MOJO to BatchDialer was an easy one. Since then productivity has increased and it is more enjoyable to make calls when everything is at your fingertips.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

BatchDialer uses the computer for the connection. I hope in the near future it will connect with my cell phone and not my laptop or desktop. Quality of the calls certainly would be improved.

Batchdialer solves the arduous intigration process problem we had with our CRM.  We used MOJO for years along with a robust CRM, but the intigration between the two was difficult at best. We moved our CRM to BatchLeads and when Batchdialer was introduced we made the switch.

Landree and the Customer Support team with BatchDialer are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Additionally, it's ease of integration between my CRM and other Systems are top notch.

Regarding the system itself, it's a solid Dialer, however there are still a few minor upgrades to be made before I'd consider it perfect. Mainly, the ability to capture lead flow between initial contact through closing is very limited. Hopefully developers keep this in mind and continue improving the software.

The organization of everything on the backend and the training they provide. Not only do they have actual free classes but there are very informative videos on what to do about any situation and if that doesn't help you they have a very responsive chat box.

I'm not sure if this is a batchleads or batchdailer problem but my contact rate to the correct number is very low. However, I just took a class on how to get my contact rate up and I hope that helps.

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BD is solving the problems of calling each person individually. The benfit for me is that I can be the administrator of the account and set everything up but I dont have to call and I can bring in an 'agent' that does all my calling for me without having to pay an additional fee (because I took it off my profile - see terms for details on that)

I hope that one day really soon it will be fully integrated with other systems like Batch Leads and Podio so that they can all be linked and if I make any changes to a lead in one it will transfer over to the rest.  I also think that I should have the ability to text the leads I dial.  The System does not make it easy to recieve inbound calls.  I do feel like the system overall is a bit clunky and things could be simplified.

BatchDialer helps make dialing multiple phone numbers while prospecting for leads. I appreciate how easy it is to use once I attended the information classes. It makes prospecting for leads more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

The only downside I can think of is when I first used BatchDialer, I didn't know how to set up the voicemail feature. When numbers were called, but one picked up, the other calls had no way to respond back. However, once I understood how to set up that feature, missed calls went to voicemail for follow-up later.

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The volume of prospecting calls can increase, and the efficiency of trying to make contact with sellers who might want to sell their home. This has allowed us to reach out to more sellers than just dialing without BatchDialer.

Very intuitive and great integration options. It makes a massive workload much more efficient, streamlined and organized. I love the batch family community and support.

There could be a few more customization options available.

Hand dialing is too time consuming when calling large amounts of people in a day. Also, hand dialing can interfere with your cell number being flagged as spam.

The best part about Batch Dialer is its ease of use and my great contact rates. I consistently hit my contact goals and it seems like my numbers are never flagged. When I started, I participated in a training, which really taught me how to structure my lists best.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

I don't love the help ticket support desk. I didn't think they spent time understanding my issue when I submitted a ticket. They eventually handled my issue, though.

It's a huge time saver. Batch Dialer efficiently dials hundreds of numbers for me daily and I consistently meet my high contact rate goals.

The training and support are robust. Never have to wait long for a response to a question or an issue, and the extra training classes, like the BatchDialer Master Class, really help set BatchDialer up for maximum effectiveness and productivity early.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

The way BatchDialer works is a little awkward to understand in the beginning.  It isn't all that intuitive.
Adding contacts manually requires a lot of clicking back and forth and extra steps that are unnecessary on most platforms I have used.

Saves me a lot of time sleuthing out the correct contact person for conducting business.

Not much. It is similar to other dialers but with a lot of interruptions

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

LOTS OF PROBLEMS. The worst and most painful was that we couldn't get sellers off the Phone. Carriers pretty much marked batch. From 60 contacts a day, we dropped to 30. 
Massive loss of business. 
Occasionally they will have problems that are even worst. My callers sat for a few hours because the system was down and they couldn't do anything about it. 
Lastly, I was charged 3 months in advance a few days ago. Contacted customer service who referred me to a "cancelation" line where there is a robot telling you to leave a message no one is going to get back to. 
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

It can maintain reputation with numbers without marked to spam. Its a simple solution to having good business lines when dialing out to prospective clients. There are pretty good with seamless lead pushes from batch leads. So it works for what it is needed for. Also it is cost effective when compared to other competitor dialers.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

It may have limited features when compared to the other dialers on the market.

I am able to use the dialer to reach owners of properties i purchase.

The amount of customer support is great. Always someone to get ahold of to help you get your issues fixed or a better understanding of how to operate their product.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

It is a little bit complex when it comes to just jumping right in and going to work. The most difficult for me is getting my excel sheets to import after I have skipped traced the numbers.

They are allowing me to reach out to more customers simultaneously. Allowing for the opportunity to better serve and relate to my customers and future customers.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

The quality of their data, the convenience, interface, and support. They also provide a great community and their support team is excellent. They have personal 1-on-1 support when needed as well.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

There are a few bugs, its obvious there are some features included in the UI that weren't finished 100%. Also, the inability to tag leads inserted into BatchDialer doesn't help much in the way of Data Analysis

They're helping me organize my data, look at my KPIs, control my dialing agents.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

The option to use single line dialer for someone who is new to cold calling or multiline so that you can scale up. Also I like that I can listen in while someone is on a call with a client without them knowing.... so we can discuss the positives as well as the negatives.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

Sometimes when talking to potential client and you finish notes system freezes and it is hard to get system back dialing. I usually will shut it down and start back over...

For now this is my main issue that keeps coming back up. Have been in contact with customer support and they say the issue is resolved but I still keep having system freeze up from time to time....

Ease of use, how easy it is to move around and work in with out a ton of tech savvy knowledge.

Costs of add ons, make sense if you're a big business, hard to stomach as a 1 guy small business that hasn't done any deals yet.

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to be able to load a list into a dialer and just be prompted when someone answered. Batchdialer checks all of those boxes at a reasonable price. My contact rate has dramatically increased, and the leads are starting to trickle in.

That it integrates with Batch Leads. How I can pull my lists, skip trace, and send them over to Batch Dialer for my Cold Callers to use. The website Is very user friendly also.

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

I have been using it for over 2 months and can't find much to complain about. Some things are kind of complicated to use but they have many resources to learn how to figure it out.

Switching from ready mode, a very complicated non-user friendly cold calling system. My callers are much happier with the switch and the simplicity/beautiful layout of the batch dialer.

The integration with batch leads is excellent when it works. It's a standard and reliable dialer.

I'm not too fond of the fact that batch dialer doesn't easily integrate with our Notion database. I wish there was a cleaner way to get leads out of the dialer automatically instead of having to manually move them.

**What do you like best about BatchDialer?**

With BatchDialer, our VA's can make multi calls per day and avoid the VM, disconnects, hang-ups, and DNC numbers. Simple click and go once the campaigns have been uploaded and made active. Also, upon uploading the list that you are creating the campaign, it will ask what you would like implemented with the list, such as a skip trace, federal DNC scrub as well as a scrub of any duplicate numbers

**What do you dislike about BatchDialer?**

The only thing I think could use improvement would be the changing of the VA numbers to be automatic every 100 calls, instead of having to monitor this and change them manually. Also would like to see the option to use the same campaign name when the campaign is recycled to call again, instead of having to change the campaign name as this does tend to through off the source once pushed into the CRM

**What problems is BatchDialer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the short time we have had BatchDialer, we have direct contact with an associate to keep us updated and answer any questions or concerns. Since we have learned how to push or copy our campaigns from Batchleads to Batchdialer, we have a lot less confusion on the campaign labels, and our connection rates have gone up due to the multi-use of the system
