I love the filters available to really niche down on your lead sources! Even the AI tool helps with the hottest leads most likely to sell! The exporting of lists is easy too, which is the problem I was having with my last lead data software. And last, but not least, Batch Leads is really user friendly and not at all confusing to navigate through. Customer support is great and quick. There is also a little AI chat box that I use frequently if I have any questions and thus far, it has answered all of my questions so I can move on quickly to the next task. The "Property Search" screen can be a bit frustrating at times because it is hard to delete a previous search, it keeps giving you the same search over and over!

It makes everything extremely easy, the integration with podio is awesome and to my surprise skip tracing is not included. That is going to save me thousands of dollars. Out of all real estate crms ive signed up for recently every single one is a money grab in one way or another besides batch. Pleasantly surprised.
