No upsides, they will say your account is cancelled but never actually cancel it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BatchDialer? I cancelled my account back in November 2025. The cancellation didn't work, and it kept charging, so support helped me get it cancelled and refunded the extra month they charged. Figured it was all good until I realized it's been charging us since then. Called support, and they agreed with me on the phone that it should have been cancelled and not been charging, but could only refund 3 of the charges due to 'limitations in their new accounting system'. They advised me to file a chargeback with my bank to try to get the rest; otherwise, pack sand. Tried that route, but banks will only let you chargeback 120 days. Will try support one time, but you'd think a company that admittedly messed up their billing would just solve it. Sure, I should have been watching my statements closer, but when you've got a business with 1000's of charges a month, sometimes it takes accounting a bit to notice things like this! Overall, unimpressed with the Batch dialer team. The phone system is highly unreliable. Their number auto-rotation doesn't work every time. The software is extremely buggy. The export/import features are highly lacking. If a contact already exists in one campaign, you can't import them into a new campaign without deleting all of their notes and data. I run into limitations and bugs one after the other, actively working to switch away to something more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It is similar to other dialers but with a lot of interruptions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BatchDialer? LOTS OF PROBLEMS. The worst and most painful was that we couldn't get sellers off the Phone. Carriers pretty much marked batch. From 60 contacts a day, we dropped to 30. Massive loss of business. Occasionally they will have problems that are even worst. My callers sat for a few hours because the system was down and they couldn't do anything about it. Lastly, I was charged 3 months in advance a few days ago. Contacted customer service who referred me to a "cancelation" line where there is a robot telling you to leave a message no one is going to get back to.
