I appreciate that BatchDialer saves time without feeling pushy. I like that calls move faster, yet a human is still fully in charge. The initial setup is extremely easy, which I find really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't make as many calls per hour as with predictive or power dialers. It's not ideal if you need maximum throughput. Also, there's a current gap with call prioritization; most batch dialers call lists in a fixed order. I'd like it to prioritize by the best time to call, move high-value or time-sensitive contacts to the front, and use past answer data to reorder lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
