"The easiest ever SaaS metric reporting"
What do you like best about Baremetrics?

It offers all the reports you want. We're an early stage startup and once connecting Stripe all we wanted and more was just there off the bat.

Example: We did not really know our LTV other than approximately. Now we know that our pricing and sales strategy is moving in the right direction.

Just having these metrics uptodate and correct without any manual spreadsheet work is such a relief and really helps professionalizing our SaaS motions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Baremetrics?

What do you like best about Baremetrics?

Setup with Stripe is effortless, and you don't have to do anything to get great charts that show you all the essential SaaS metrics that help you understand what's going on. We use it to track sign ups, churned users, and metrics such as LTV, MRR, ASP, LTV. We also use annotations to keep track of incidents we had, changes we've made in the product and marketing campaigns we run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Baremetrics?

I would love to have more control over what's considered churn vs. trial (e.g., if someone signed up and churned after a day, one company may count this as churn while for another, this is just a trial that didn't convert). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Baremetrics?

Baremetrics is one of my favourite analytics tools (and I've used a few). Setup is dead simple, the prouct is easy to use and the features work as advertised. I recommend it to most SaaS clients and will keep do so! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Very Clear Product for SaaS Revenue Metrics and More"
What do you like best about Baremetrics?

I like the user interface and the fact that many of the key metrics are accessible so quickly in the product with minimal setup. It is really honed in on the financial health of our SaaS product and integrates well with the accounting software we use, xero.com (it works with QB as well). It's a great product to make sense of revenue, profit, churn and more (ARR, MRR, MRR Growth, ARPU, LTV, much much more) at a glance. We like it and our investors like how meaningful data is clearly presented. Support is great. Andrew, our salesperson was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Baremetrics?
