We had a very special case with billing integration which is probably not the case for most of Baremetrics customers, but throughout the year, they built the whole integration which helped us a lot. Setup with Stripe is effortless, and you don't have to do anything to get great charts that show you all the essential SaaS metrics that help you understand what's going on. We use it to track sign ups, churned users, and metrics such as LTV, MRR, ASP, LTV. I like the user interface and the fact that many of the key metrics are accessible so quickly in the product with minimal setup. It is really honed in on the financial health of our SaaS product and integrates well with the accounting software we use, xero.com (it works with QB as well). It's a great product to make sense of revenue, profit, churn and more (ARR, MRR, MRR Growth, ARPU, LTV, much much more) at a glance.
