It is preferred due to its user-friendly GUI that allows easy operation of the software, compatibility with other business management applications and financial statements that are prepared automatically with the option of modifications. It is especially handy at keeping track of budgets, expenditure and creating reports which are suitable for presentation to corporate entities. On the negative side we have noted that the rate of response by the technical support teams could be enhanced and the software comes with some initial steep learning curve for individuals who are not conversant with the handling of financial management software.
