**What do you like best about B2W Inform?**

Report generation is made easy with B2W Inform. Previously, we needed to capture data separately on spreadsheets for analytics, which was a cumbersome process. With B2W Inform we can easily manage and collect data to generate real-time reports and create dashboards.

**What do you dislike about B2W Inform?**

It follows the highest data safety procedure, and we are delighted to use it. Therefore, no dislikes as of now.

**What problems is B2W Inform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped consolidate information from multiple entry points in different data formats and one platform for web + mobile, i.e., can be accessed from anywhere and from any device. With B2W Inform, we transitioned from a paper-intensive data-heavy process to a truly paperless environment, greatly enhancing operational efficiency.
