
I really appreciate Axcient x360Cloud for its simplicity and reliability, which are standout features that simplify managing backups and performing restores without requiring advanced technical know-how. The user interface is clean and intuitive, which significantly reduces the learning curve for our team, saving time and allowing even non-technical staff to assist with data recovery when necessary. The automated, 'set-it-and-forget-it' nature of the backups is another highlight as they run reliably with minimal oversight, building trust in the system. The search and recovery tools are not only fast but effective, providing confidence that we can quickly locate and restore a lost email, file, or full mailbox with just a few clicks, minimizing downtime. I also commend the product's integration with Microsoft 365, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, Axcient x360Cloud performs well, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting and alerting features could be more customizable — for example, more granular control over notification settings or scheduled reports would help with proactive monitoring. Additionally, while the interface is clean, sometimes deeper searches, especially across large SharePoint libraries or Teams data, can be a bit slow. Enhancing search performance and filtering options would make recovery even faster.
