What do you like best about AutogenAI?

The library feature is incredibly useful when crafting responses to tenders. Given the frequent repetition of requirements from various clients, having past responses saved allows us to accurately tailor them to any current projects we are working on. This feature is excellent for organising and structuring our responses, as writing lengthy text can be challenging. It provides valuable guidance on the most effective ways to structure the text. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

Pure Complete takes the stress and mental energy out of writing the first draft and speeds up the drafting process hugely. This is great as it gives much more time for the smaller tweaks and adjustments that make the bid really stand out - so there's much more room for perfecting the work, rather than it always being a rushed job to meet the deadline. The research assistant is great for checking info and also for writing short summaries that can be incorporated into drafts. We use it every day and the Autogen team has been great at providing extra training sessions, including bespoke training specific to our company processes, whenever we need them. What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

Because the platform is multifaceted, it takes quite a bit of time to learn how to use it to the fullest extent during the implementation phase. Integration into our existing processes has been a challenge and we are still trying to figure out how to get the best value out of the platform. So far, the most useful feature (in terms of saving time and mental energy) is the pure complete, which tools like Chat GPT offer for a much cheaper price. Also, Autogen lacks the one thing that would significantly speed up our bid drafting process, which would be research and information extracting tools that are specific and precise enough to enable bid writers not to need to read/listen to conversations with subject matter experts. These transcripts and call recordings are (for our company processes) very lengthy, but at this stage, Autogen's tools for extracting key info from these sources are not specific enough to be reliable, which means the bid writer needs to read or listen to the entire source material just for checking purposes. What would make this platform truly amazing would be to provide tools to extract info that reliably don't make errors. However, it might be that AI in general just isn't there yet.
