"Intuitive, Team-Driven Platform That Streamlines Bid Writing"

5/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

What I like most about AutoGenAI is how easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive, straightforward to navigate, and makes it easy to find what I need without wasting time.

I also really appreciate the attitude of the entire team. They are clearly dedicated to improving the user experience and are always looking for ways to make the platform more efficient, accessible, and enjoyable to use. It's great to see a team that actively listens to feedback and continuously develops the product.

The functionality is another standout feature for me. Compared to other AI tools, AutoGenAI is much more focused on the bid writing process, which makes it significantly more efficient and relevant to my day-to-day work. It helps streamline tasks, improves productivity, and ultimately makes producing high-quality bid responses quicker and easier.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the direction the platform is heading. The improvements being made are genuinely valuable, and I'm excited to see how it continues to develop and get even better in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

There is very little that I dislike about AutoGenAI. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be the speed of the AI at times. However, as someone with an understanding of the technology behind these tools, I appreciate the complexity involved and don't hold this against the platform. In my experience, the benefits far outweigh any occasional delays.

The main improvements I would suggest are:

Word/Character Count Reduction Accuracy – The “Reduce Word Count” function does not always achieve the requested target accurately. At present, I find the “Ask AI” feature more reliable when refining responses to specific word or character limits.

Font Size Formatting in the Word Add-in – There are occasions where generated content appears with an unexpectedly large font size, requiring manual reformatting before use.

Hallucinations in Gateway References – I have encountered some instances where gateway references were not accurate. This has already been raised with the Linguistic Engineering team for review.

Overall, these are relatively minor points in comparison to the value the platform provides. The team has consistently demonstrated a commitment to listening to feedback and improving the user experience, which gives me confidence that these areas will continue to be refined over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

AutoGenAI has helped solve one of the biggest challenges I face in bid writing: the amount of time it takes to pull together high-quality responses while working to tight deadlines. As someone involved in pre-construction and social value activities, I often need to review large volumes of information, find relevant project examples, and draft tailored responses. AutoGenAI has made that process significantly quicker and less overwhelming.

What I appreciate most is that it isn't just another generic AI tool. It's built specifically for bid writing, which means the outputs are much more focused and relevant to the work I'm doing. Rather than spending hours staring at a blank page or trying to structure a response from scratch, I can use AutoGenAI to create a strong starting point and then focus my time on refining and strengthening the content.

It's also incredibly easy to use. The platform is intuitive, straightforward to navigate, and doesn't require loads of training before you can start getting value from it. As someone who uses it regularly, I've found it has become a natural part of my workflow.

One thing that has stood out to me is the team behind the platform. Whenever I've raised feedback or encountered an issue, they've been responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to improving the user experience. It's refreshing to work with a company that actively listens to its users and continually develops its product based on real-world feedback.

For me, the biggest benefit is the confidence and efficiency it brings. It helps me work faster, produce better-quality bid responses, and spend more time focusing on the strategic aspects of a submission rather than repetitive drafting tasks. Overall, it's become a valuable tool that genuinely makes my job easier, and I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Tool for Faster, Smarter Proposal Creation"

4/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

What I like most about AutogenAI is the control it gives me over the information it uses. I can pull answers from a specific library, webpage, or my own uploaded files, which makes the output much more reliable and relevant. This is especially useful when working on proposals where accuracy is critical. The “Ask AI” feature is something I use often—it consistently gives useful responses based on my prompts and helps me move forward quickly when I’m stuck.

From a workflow perspective, it has made a noticeable difference. Creating the first draft of proposals is usually time-consuming, but AutogenAI speeds this up significantly. It also helps me analyze RFx documents more efficiently, saving me a lot of manual effort.

In terms of UI/UX, the platform is quite intuitive. It doesn’t take long to get used to, and navigating between features like Ask AI, document analysis, and content generation feels smooth. The layout is clean and practical, which makes day-to-day use easy.

Performance-wise, I’ve found it to be reliable. The responses are generally quick and relevant, and I haven’t faced any major issues while using it regularly.

On integrations, while I mainly use it with internal libraries and uploaded documents, that capability itself is very powerful. Being able to centralize and reference trusted content sources adds a lot of value.

Pricing and ROI-wise, the time it saves on drafting and analysis definitely justifies the investment. It reduces the effort needed for repetitive tasks and allows me to focus more on refining content rather than starting from scratch.

Support and onboarding have been excellent. The onboarding process was smooth, and the training sessions were genuinely helpful. Sean and the Autogen team were very supportive and made sure everything was clearly explained and easy to set up.

Overall, the AI capabilities are strong and practical—not just generic outputs but context-aware responses based on trusted inputs. It’s a very valuable tool in my day-to-day work, especially for proposal drafting and RFx evaluation. I’d confidently rate it a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

One area where AutogenAI could improve is expanding beyond text-based outputs. For example, having the ability to create simple graphics, visuals, or charts directly within the platform would be very useful. Right now, I need to rely on other tools for this, which breaks the workflow and adds extra steps.

Collaboration is another area with room for improvement. While the current functionality works, it can feel a bit limited when multiple users are contributing to the same document. More seamless collaboration—such as easier sharing, clearer version control, or real-time editing—would make teamwork much more efficient, especially for proposal development.

From a usability standpoint, the UI is generally clean, but managing multiple documents or switching between tasks can sometimes feel a bit less intuitive than it could be. Streamlining navigation and improving how content is organized would save time during daily use.

In terms of integrations, the ability to use internal libraries is strong, but deeper integrations with commonly used tools (like document management or collaboration platforms) would help reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency.

Performance is mostly reliable, though there is occasional lag when working with larger or more complex documents. Improving responsiveness in these scenarios would make a noticeable difference.

Overall, these aren’t major issues, but addressing them would significantly enhance the user experience and make the platform even more powerful for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using AutogenAI, we struggled with starting proposals from scratch and manually going through lengthy RFx documents to identify key requirements. This process was time-consuming and often required multiple iterations to get a solid first draft in place.

With AutogenAI, I can now quickly generate first drafts of proposals, which saves a significant amount of time upfront. It also helps me analyze RFx documents more efficiently by pulling out the most important details, so I don’t have to go through everything manually. Building a clear storyboard has become much easier, which improves the overall structure and quality of our responses.

Another major benefit is the ability to evaluate responses using Gamma reviews and rely on content sourced from specific libraries or web pages. This gives us better control over accuracy and consistency, which is critical in proposal work.

Overall, what used to take hours of effort can now be done much faster, allowing me to focus more on refining and improving the content rather than starting from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Drenny Bajri of AutogenAI

[Editedit](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/autogenai-review-12871483/official_response/edit)

Thank you so much for such a detailed and generous review.

We're really pleased to hear that Ask AI is a consistent part of your daily workflow and that the control over source inputs, whether from specific libraries, webpages or uploaded files, is delivering reliable and context-aware outputs rather than generic responses. That level of precision is something we've invested heavily in, and it's great to hear it translating directly into proposal accuracy and RFx efficiency.

It's also great to hear that the UI/UX feels intuitive, that performance has been reliable, and that the time savings on drafting and analysis are clearly justifying the investment. Knowing that Gamma reviews and storyboard building are adding structure and quality to your responses is exactly the outcome we aim for.

We'll also make sure the kind words about Sean and the onboarding team get passed on directly. Really glad that experience set you up well.

On the development side, your points around visual and chart creation, real-time collaboration, version control, deeper integrations with document management platforms, smoother multi-document navigation and performance on larger files are all well noted. These are themes we're actively working through as we continue to build out the platform, and detailed feedback like yours helps us prioritise the right things.

Thank you again for taking the time to share such a thorough review. We look forward to continuing to support your work. - The AutogenAI Team

"Efficient Content Creation with Unique Insights"

4/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I really like the Research feature in the Home section of AutogenAI, as it provides access to market insights, and reference materials. The Ask AI feature is another favorite because it gives guidance in creating bespoke content. I'm also a fan of the Smart Requirements Workflow, which helps with outlining, summarizing, and making project setups easier and more simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

I dislike that AutogenAI lacks suggested prompts or guided recommendations, and the output could be easier to read for example- in tabular/easy to read format instead of long paragraphs. The interface can feel complex for users who are not tech-savvy. Sometimes, you do not get the exact information from specified URLs in the web search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

AutogenAI saves time by creating outlines, extracting summaries, identifying differentiators, pain points and providing instant content improvement guidance. The Research feature gives access to market intelligence, Ask AI offers bespoke content guidance, and Smart Requirements Workflow simplifies project setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for such a structured and considered review, this is really helpful feedback.

We're glad to hear that the Research feature, Ask AI and Smart Requirements Workflow are delivering real value across your day-to-day work. Time savings on research, outlining, summarising and generating bespoke content are core to what AutogenAI is built for, so it's great to hear those benefits coming through clearly.

On the feedback points, these are all well noted. We understand that the platform can feel complex for less tech-savvy users, and improving accessibility and ease of navigation is an area we're actively focused on. The suggestion around guided prompts and recommendations within research and workflow is particularly valuable and something we'd love to explore further as we continue developing the platform.

On the occasional difficulty extracting accurate information from specific URLs, this is a known area of focus and something our team is working to improve. We'd love to hear more about the specific cases you've encountered so we can keep refining the experience.

Thank you again for taking the time to share such specific and actionable feedback. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly and we'll make sure it gets to the right people. - The AutogenAI Team

"Comprehensive AgenticAI Capabilities - Usage provides for proficiency"

4.5/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

The tool feels comprehensive overall, especially in terms of its AgenticAI capabilities. Many functionality and features for user. Comprehensive output generation in a fast manner (if run performs). Trainer was very responsive and supportive during sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

Again, users sometimes run into performance issues. Navigating the site from Home to Project to My Draft took a little while to understand and fully comprehend. Practical training will eliminate most of the uncertainty. What still remains challenging is assigning particular documents to particular analyses, such as assigning a Word template from a client—with a specific response structure—within Outline generation, so the system knows which template to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initial draft generation allows much faster path towards refinement of proposal rather than spending time on initial version. It is always easier to refine than to establish... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for such a thorough and balanced review!

We're pleased to hear that the Agentic AI capabilities and breadth of features are landing well, and that our trainer made a positive impact during your onboarding sessions. We'll be sure to pass that feedback along.

You raise some fair points on the navigation and performance side. We're continuously working to improve platform speed and reliability, and feedback like yours directly informs those priorities. On the navigation, you're right that a little practical training goes a long way, and we're glad that's already helping your team build confidence.

The point about assigning client templates within Outline generation is really valuable. Being able to map a specific Word template to a particular analysis is an important workflow, and we want to make sure that process feels intuitive. We'd encourage you to raise this directly with your Customer Success Manager so we can explore the best current approach and flag it as a product improvement where relevant. And we couldn't agree more: refining a strong first draft is always faster than starting from scratch. We're glad AutogenAI is helping your team get to that point more quickly.

Please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help you get the most out of the platform. - The AutogenAI Team

"Ideator, Expand, and Evidence: A Powerful Trio for Clearer Writing"

4.5/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

Ideator - great for storyboarding, something which seems very obvious but it's very easy to miss crucial requirements while focusing on something else.

Expand - great for when you have to do a deep dive on a specific subject and English is not your first language

Evidence - perfect for responses with tight word limit - you can get the essence of your example without losing the most effective bits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

I would like the search feature to go through my previous sessions, so I can easily find something that I already asked about - which will minimize the amount of AI queries and therefore minimize the enviromental impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storyboarding - it might take hours to figure it out, especially on bids with multiple lots and hundreds of questions. AutogenAI will definitely make that process way quicker and more enjoyable cause it gives us something to start with. It will also help with taking the responses to the next level, but strengthening evidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it!

It’s great to hear how valuable Ideator, Expand and Evidence are in your workflow. Storyboarding complex proposals, especially across multiple lots and requirements, can be incredibly time intensive, so it’s brilliant to know AutogenAI is helping you get to a strong starting point faster and with more confidence.

We also really appreciate your point on Expand supporting users where English is not their first language. Making high quality proposal writing more accessible is a big part of what we’re aiming to achieve.

Your feedback on the search functionality is really helpful as well. Being able to easily revisit previous sessions is something we know would add real value, both from a productivity and sustainability perspective. Its' feedback like this that directly shapes how we grow.

Thanks again for your insights and for being part of the AutogenAI journey. - The AutogenAI Team

"AutogenAI Speeds Up Tender Drafting with Clear, Structured Responses"

4/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

What I like best about AutogenAI is that it genuinely supports the bid writing process rather than feeling like a generic AI tool. It is particularly useful when working with large volumes of tender information, technical input and strict response requirements, as it helps turn complex content into clear, structured and client-focused responses.

From a day-to-day user perspective, the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. The workflow feels logical, which is important in a bid environment where time is often limited and users need to move quickly between prompts, drafts and refinements. It helps reduce the time spent starting from a blank page and gives a strong first draft that can then be shaped with project-specific detail, evidence and commercial insight.

The AI capability is valuable because it helps improve structure, clarity and consistency. For example, when developing responses around mobilisation, compliance, innovation, asset management or service delivery, it can help frame the answer properly, reduce duplication and keep the response aligned to the question. It is also useful for tightening wording where there are strict word or page limits.

From a performance and ROI perspective, the main benefit is time saving. It speeds up early drafting, helps organise content more efficiently and allows more time to be spent on adding quality, evidence and client-specific detail. That is where the value comes from, because it supports both productivity and response quality.

The onboarding and support have also been helpful, particularly in understanding how to get the best out of the tool rather than just using it for basic drafting. An unexpected benefit is that it can challenge the way a response is written by highlighting where the message could be clearer, more concise or more benefit-led. Overall, it has improved my workflow by making tender response development quicker, more consistent and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

What I dislike about AutogenAI is not so much a major issue with the platform, but more that it still requires careful review and human judgment to get the best outcome. The first draft can be useful, but it sometimes needs significant tailoring to make sure the response is fully aligned to the client’s question, the evaluation criteria and the specific operational solution being proposed.

At times, the wording can feel slightly generic if the right information is not provided upfront. In a tender environment, this means the user still needs to add contract-specific evidence, case studies, commercial detail, local delivery information and proof points to make the response credible. It is not a replacement for bid strategy or subject matter expertise.

There can also be occasions where the content needs tightening to meet strict word counts or page limits. The tool is helpful for structure and clarity, but it can sometimes produce more wording than required, so additional editing is needed to make the final response concise and focused.

From a workflow perspective, the value depends heavily on how well the source material, prompts and inputs are prepared. If the input is too broad or unclear, the output can require more refinement. I would also like to see even stronger integration with approved bid libraries, case studies, pricing assumptions and contract-specific data, as that would make the outputs even more tailored and reduce manual checking.

Overall, I see AutogenAI as a strong support tool, but it still needs experienced users to review, challenge and shape the content so that it is accurate, specific and genuinely client-focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

AutogenAI is helping solve one of the biggest challenges in bid writing, which is turning large volumes of tender information into clear, structured and compliant responses within tight deadlines. In my role, we often need to review specifications, method statements, operational input, case studies, client requirements and evaluation criteria, then convert that into a response that is concise, persuasive and specific to the opportunity.

The main benefit is that it reduces the time spent starting from a blank page. It gives me a structured first draft or framework that I can then refine with contract-specific detail, evidence and operational knowledge. This allows more time to be spent improving the quality of the response, checking compliance, strengthening win themes and making sure the answer is aligned to the client’s priorities.

It also helps with consistency across responses. For example, when writing about mobilisation, compliance, asset management, innovation, ESG or service delivery, AutogenAI can help organise the content in a logical way and remove duplication. This is especially useful when working across multiple contributors, where information can come in different styles or levels of detail.

Another problem it helps solve is word count and clarity. Tender responses often need to be concise, and AutogenAI supports the process of tightening wording, improving flow and making sure the response stays focused on the question.

Overall, the benefit to me is improved productivity, better structure and more efficient use of time. It does not replace subject matter expertise or bid judgement, but it gives me a stronger starting point and helps me produce polished tender content more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

[Editedit](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/autogenai-review-12829101/official_response/edit)

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and thoughtful review.

We're really pleased to hear that AutogenAI is supporting your bid writing process in a meaningful way, particularly when handling large volumes of tender information across complex topics like mobilisation, compliance, ESG, asset management and service delivery. Knowing that it's helping reduce time on early drafting, improving consistency across contributors and keeping responses focused and structured is exactly what we set out to achieve.

The point you raised about AutogenAI challenging how a response is written, nudging towards clearer, more concise and benefit-led messaging, is one of our favourite things to hear. That kind of value goes beyond basic drafting and reflects the depth of capability we've worked hard to build into the platform.

We're also glad that onboarding and support made a positive difference in helping you get the most out of the tool, rather than just scratching the surface of what it can do.

On the feedback side, your observations are well made. Generic outputs when inputs are too broad, the need for word count tightening, and the importance of adding contract-specific evidence, case studies and commercial detail are all areas where experienced users like yourself make the real difference. AutogenAI is designed to be a powerful starting point, not a replacement for bid judgement and subject matter expertise.

Your points around stronger integration with approved bid libraries, case studies and contract-specific data are particularly noted. We'd encourage you to share these directly with your Customer Success Manager so they can support your current setup and make sure this feeds into our product development priorities.

Thank you again for such considered feedback. It's exactly this kind of insight that helps us keep improving. - The AutogenAI Team

"Amazing Support and Seamless SharePoint & Word Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

The integration with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and the unlimited customer service and support to get fully implemented and educate entire teams on how to use the platform. The customer support is absolutely amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

Sometimes the output seems a bit clunky, and there is a lack of contextual intuitive questions after a prompt to help a user dive deeper or incorporate different/missed aspects of the original question/prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping search for information related to various topics so that I can better write or edit boilerplates as well as other information. I love using it as a way to verify information in documents. The Word integration is a game-changer in my opinion, and I hope the rest of the team understands how that can work better in our existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, it means a lot to hear how the platform is fitting into your day-to-day workflow.

We're really pleased the SharePoint and Word integrations have made such a difference. Bid and proposal writing often lives inside those tools already, so making AutogenAI work seamlessly alongside them rather than as a separate step is a big part of our product philosophy. It's great to hear that's translating into real time saved for your team, on top of the support you've had getting fully onboarded.

On the output and follow-up prompting side, this is honest and useful feedback. We know that getting from a first draft to a fully tailored, compliant response often needs a bit of back-and-forth, and making that process feel more intuitive (rather than requiring users to know exactly what to ask next) is something our product team is actively focused on.

It's also great to hear AutogenAI is helping you verify information across documents, that kind of accuracy check matters a lot in bid writing, where consistency and compliance can make or break a submission. If you're open to it, please flag more detail to your customer success contact so we can make sure that feedback reaches the right team.

Thanks again for the review, and for helping push wider adoption of the Word integration across your team. - The AutogenAI Team

"Targeted for Bids: Seamless, Integrated AI Interface"

4/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I like how the interface is integrated with bids in mind. With other AI tools, there may be the same functionality but it needs to be accessed separately and isn't targeted for bids. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

At the moment we don't have the document library set up so I haven't been able to take full advantage of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate it.

We're glad the bid-specific integration is standing out. That's exactly the point: bid teams shouldn't need to piece functionality together from separate tools when time is already tight.

On the document library, this is worth prioritising. So much of AutogenAI's value comes from drawing on your own past bids and content, so getting this set up will unlock a lot more for your team. Please reach out to your customer success contact to get this configured.

Great to hear the platform is already speeding up research and writing during live bids, that's the core problem we set out to solve.

"Powerful IC Repository Integration with Projects, AI Workflows, and Responsive Support"

5/5

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I really appreciate the integration of local and global intellectual capital repositories within the library, together with the solution design workflow embedded into the user interface via Projects, and the capability to expand teamwork both in content creation (Project) and in content review (Porject). AI specialization from analysis to review is helpful, supported by some custom prompting to generate storyboard parts. I've also interacted with AutogenAI Support Team, issuing some tickets, and I promptly received feedback and resolution. I've experienced a performance boost in my traditional scavenging approach to find good intellectual capital reusable content thanks to Research, and I appreciated the Ideator feature. I used a lot the Editor We Will, Explain How, Add Case Study and Add Statistics functions, powered by company's repos are strong improver of generated content. The capability to sub-set the IC repos by Source Provider feature is also great, because you can taylor your content according to market segment, year, or specific artifact type, at least if the IC repos are well setup.

For example:

I use Extract to collect info from specific topics that could be spread into several requirement documents

I use Ideator to craft ideas turning on all the AI embedded in AutogenAI; useful ideas are converted into Drafts documents, to be used as valuable insert into a proposal document

If some diagrams are included in the document set, I analyse them using Copilot or ChatGPT, obtaining a text description of the diagram, being an org model, a high-level plan, an AOD, or similar. This enable AutogenAI to enrich its AI Analysis using content it can actually process

I use Search function within AutogenAI to look for interesting artifacts or IC that could be reused, when targeted by Sources selection within AutogenAI

I craft a prompt in Research to build prompts for REQUIREMENTS section in storyboard that are not autogenerated by AI Analysis in Project, due to custom build of proposal outline

I draft the Q&A questions list to be submitted to the Customer, together with engagement team, and generate an answer using Workbooks and Library AI; this is not intended to be meaningful to some questions, but it has proven to be informative before actual Customer answers.

I build the proposal draft within AutogenAI supported by fellow solutioners, using their knowledge on the topic to enrich the drafting with meaningful prompts; currently AutogenAI doesn’t provide followup prompts nor in Research nor in Editor, while Copilot or ChatGPT do. I use only Library AI and Datasets, narrowed to market sector or specific topics if I know these are available in KL

I use Gamma Review to suggest compliance checks with requirements, and feasible suggestions are used within AskAI as prompts

After building a proposal draft within AutogenAI, I export it to be uploaded and shared into the engagement folder, allowing other engagement people to explore its content, and use it to craft their proposal sections content; if available from other solutioners, I add images / diagrams / tables Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

I've no detailed insights about Pricing or ROI because it is managed globally, but I guess the time to value to create usable content is well placed. I currently don't like the Project Smart Requirements workflow, preferring the Smart Questions one, because in my experience it requires more effort to carve out some good results, and I also think that the Extract feature provides too detailed output to be effectively further reused in deeper analysis.

I don't like the Compliance Checklist because somehow it misses a lot of requirements you should comply with, while the fairly detailed Compliance Matrix misses the feedback to provide review of the content already generated. It would be really helpful if the Compliance Matrix could evaluate the content generated compared with the requirements list, and track its evolution while generating the content inside the Proposal Outline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Solution Designer I follow a specific workflow to execute my design activities, including:

1. drafting a ledged of an engagement, including an overview deck

2. I explore the Customer Requirements document, highlighting all requirements and compliance checks

3. I scavenge local and global IC repo for reusable content

4. I prepare a list of Questions to be submitted to the Customer to explain or detail some topics

5. I draft the proposal outline document using Customer provided template

6. I assign specific proposal chapters to fellow solutioners, and keep track of changes

7. I review content provided by fellow solutioners in each chapter

8. I export the proposal document using curated custom Word templates, and then the finalization of the proposal document is completed within Word + Sharepoint + OneDrive because it involves people currently not accessing AutogenAI, and because you may have to generated artifacts like spreadsheets or slide decks that are not core feature of AutogenAI, at present day.

AutogenAI helps solving some tasks, e.g.:

2. AutogenAI helps listing the requirements from the Customer

3. AutogenAI helps in scavenging task for reusable IC, saving hours of work

4. AutogenAI AI Analysis helps drafting some Questions to be submitted, and it also helps to generate the answers thanks to Q&A Workbook

5. AutogenAI helps draft the outline given the topics required by the Customer, autogenerating the storyboard to fill in the content with the Editor

6. AutogenAI allows to assign chapters to colleagues, but it's a feature I don't have explored so far

7. AutogenAI allows to review content generated, but all the editors must use AutogenAI to generate content or at least to input that content into the proposal document, and I don't have explored this feature so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review.

It’s brilliant to hear how deeply you are using AutogenAI across your solution design and proposal workflow, from Research, Extract, Ideator and Search through to Editor, Gamma Review, Workbooks and Library AI. We’re especially pleased to hear that AutogenAI is helping you access reusable intellectual capital across local and global repositories, reduce time spent manually searching for content, and create stronger proposal drafts more efficiently.

Your examples are incredibly valuable. It’s great to understand how you are using AutogenAI not just for content generation, but across requirement analysis, storyboard development, Q&A preparation, SME collaboration, compliance checks and proposal drafting. That kind of end-to-end workflow insight is exactly what helps us understand how teams are using the platform in real proposal environments.

We’re also pleased to hear that features such as Source Provider selection, Ideator, Research and the Editor functions are helping you tailor content by market segment, year, topic and source type. It’s great to see AutogenAI supporting more targeted, relevant and reusable content creation.

Thank you also for the constructive feedback on Smart Requirements, Extract, Compliance Checklist and Compliance Matrix. Your comments around requirement coverage, reusable outputs and the ability to evaluate generated content against requirements are really helpful. We’ll make sure this is shared with the relevant teams as we continue improving the product experience.

We also appreciate your comments about collaboration and export workflows, particularly where teams continue finalisation in Word, SharePoint and OneDrive. That context is helpful as we continue to think about how AutogenAI supports complex proposal processes involving multiple contributors and tools.

Thanks again for such a comprehensive review. We’re delighted to hear that AutogenAI is already saving you hours of work and supporting your solution design process, and we’re excited to keep building on that value. - The AutogenAI Team
