"Great Value in the multi-channel listings and inventory tool set"

What do you like best about Auctiva?

Value, the monthly cost for the value you get is better than any platform in the multi-channel inventory space. If you are selling mostly on ebay and amazon, Auctiva is great. It does what it says, syncs product inventory, price, quantity, between ebay and amazon, it does the sync faster than other services I've tried, which lowers the chance I oversell, which would have a negative impact on my seller ratings on amazon and/or ebay. Auctiva's ebay tools are deep, from mobile responsive templates, to scheduling when to launch listing, and the ir scrolling gallery, which allows me to cross market my products on my ebay listings. What do you dislike about Auctiva?

Their multi-channel solution is relatively new, Auctiva clearly has experience and a depth of features on the ebay marketplace, but the amazon feature set is pretty sparse. It does perform product synchronization, which the most important feature, but does not support any amazon international sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Auctiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Management of my product inventory across ebay and amazon was very difficult, especially for products I was just starting to sell where I did not have high enough volume. I had a couple instance where a product sold well on amazon, and before I could pull it down form ebay, it sold and i had to cancel the ebay order or an amazon order, both of which would have a negative impact on my seller score. Auctiva takes care of this, as I get sales on Amazon, my quantity is decremented on ebay automatically. As I update my pricing for products, its updated on both amazon and ebay, automatically. Its a huge time saver and helps ensure I don't oversell and have to cancel orders, which has effected my seller ratings in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Auctiva?

We have used Auctiva to both enhance and promote selling business software through eBay, and it has worked great for us so far. Free month at first and they walk you through how to link your accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auctiva?

The interface, even with the tutorials is a bit confusing. The pricing scale seems a bit erratic too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
