What do you like best about Atentus?

We have found that Atentus’s emphasis on user experience monitoring (UEM) has benefited our website. The information they provide in the real-time allows me to diagnose and resolve performance problems and create a smooth user flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atentus?

I feel that there is limited flexibility with regards to UEM dashboards configuration. It will be beneficial to have more options to configure the dashboards according to our preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atentus?

Atentus specializes in giving real-time information on user experience across different digital touchpoints. I can easily detect when there are pending issues that may affect user experience or have caused a slowdown, and discuss any issues with the development team. What do you dislike about Atentus?

I also see some limits in terms of customization options. It would be valuable to have the possibility of refining the monitoring procedure to focus on definite user scenarios within the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
