What do you like best about Aress Software?

I appreciate Aress Software's comprehensive Quality Assurance & Testing services for our custom mobile health monitoring app. Their hybrid manual and automated testing approach, along with their strong regression test suite development, stands out to me. They have reduced our critical post-launch issues by about 70% and shortened our release cycles from 4-5 weeks to just 2-3 weeks thanks to more than 60% test automation. Their thorough regression suites and edge-case testing ensure stable, high-performance releases. The detailed test reports, video recordings of failed scenarios, and prioritized defect lists have made triage and fixes very efficient for our developers. I also value their cost-effective service, as we receive experienced QA engineers at a reasonable hourly rate who deliver more coverage and fewer defects than pricier alternatives. What do you dislike about Aress Software?

I'd suggest faster onboarding/knowledge transfer: Initial ramp-up took 1-2 weeks longer than ideal due to detailed domain and API access walkthroughs. A standardized pre-engagement checklist or discovery template could cut this by 3-5 days. More performance/load testing input: They wait for us to request performance scenarios rather than flagging potential bottlenecks (e.g., high-concurrency sync delays) early. I use Aress Software for UI/UX design and mobile app development. I appreciate their UI/UX expertise that improves user experience and reduces rework. Their mobile app development support helps us build stable, scalable applications. I like their agile, iterative UI/UX methodology featuring rapid wireframing, unlimited revisions, and HTML previews for quick feedback. They deliver clickable prototypes and brand-aligned mockups, and have built-in analytics for ongoing user behavior insights, which I find valuable. The clickable, high-fidelity prototypes they provide are incredibly impactful, allowing our stakeholders to interact with the full UI/UX flow early, gather precise feedback, and validate usability before coding begins. This has significantly reduced later revisions, saving weeks in the development cycle and ensuring our mobile app closely matches our vision from the start. They consistently deliver high-quality, user-focused UI/UX and mobile apps that meet or exceed expectations. What do you dislike about Aress Software?

I wish for faster turnaround times during the UI/UX revision cycles, especially when multiple stakeholders are providing feedback. There was a specific instance during the final UI refinement phase for our health monitoring app's dashboard screens where the revision cycle stretched to about 9 business days instead of the hoped-for 5-7 days.
