I appreciate AppWork for significantly enhancing communication with residents, which reduces conflicts and improves client relations by providing consistent updates regarding work orders. I love how it streamlines maintenance tasks into one platform, helping us track and quantify the work done, thereby boosting the morale of our maintenance technicians. The feature that allows maintenance staff to input work orders directly when stopped by residents is incredibly useful, preventing tasks from being forgotten. The setup process, though initially confusing, was made easy through the weekly Q&A sessions and staff support, ensuring we had all the help and resources needed. Additionally, I find AppWork’s integration with Yardi seamless, which suits our operational needs perfectly. Overall, these features improve our workflow efficiency and help retain residents due to reliable and transparent communication. I really appreciate how AppWork keeps everything under one application, removing the need for multiple applications. It's particularly effective for the maintenance team, helping them effectively do their job while in the field. I like that the office staff can assign jobs to a specific person directly, which is much more efficient than having to radio a technician. There is not a selection after entering the time of inspection without having to complete the entire inspection process of pictures, etc. I just need to input the information into the system.
