What do you like best about AppWork?

I find AppWork extremely easy to navigate, which simplifies the process of managing work orders, inspections, and make-ready boards, keeping everything coordinated and up-to-date effortlessly. Its setup process is straightforward and not overwhelming, going straight to the point with useful options. I appreciate how everything I need is centralized in one location, eliminating the tedious task of having to juggle multiple platforms. This consolidation significantly enhances my productivity and organization. I particularly value the ability to effortlessly see what our technicians are working on daily, which enables better oversight and management of tasks. Overall, the comprehensive organization within AppWork positions everything neatly and categorically, offering a seamless operational flow. What do you dislike about AppWork?

What do you like best about AppWork?

I really appreciate how easy the setup of AppWork was—it was a breeze compared to other software setups. What stood out to me was the commitment of AppWork to provide in-person instruction in several of our regions, making the launch experience significantly smoother and more personalized. The team, especially Carol Gregory-Fugate, is fantastic. Carol's ongoing support with setup and instructional queries has been invaluable, and her helpful nature makes a big difference. AppWork's ability to enhance the visibility for our maintenance team is another highlight. Technicians can see all their responsibilities neatly organized on their home screen, which they find very useful. This clear visibility allows them to manage their workload more efficiently by closing out work orders right after completion. I love how residents are kept informed about technician visits, which improves their experience and allows my team to work more swiftly with prepared environments. The instant communication AppWork facilitates is a game-changer. The helpful and motivating feedback we get from reviews is another bonus, coupled with the exceptional work order reporting and tracking options, which streamline processes for us. I value the consistent communication from the AppWork team, particularly Carol Gregory-Fugate and Sean Landsberg, who always remain open to feedback and actively work on resolving any issues. Finally, the work order management feature is top-notch and would be a key reason for recommending AppWork. Overall, these features and experiences make AppWork a valuable tool for my operations. What do you dislike about AppWork?

I find the inspection capability of AppWork severely lacking. The inability to customize responses, set triggers for follow-up questions, or clone sections is frustrating. This was one of the main reasons we switched to AppWork, aiming to make inspections more efficient and achieve better real-time reporting. The current setup is time-consuming and if a community is already behind, the clumsiness of the app can lead to inaccurate information. It's important for technicians to feel the inspection process is streamlined and easy to navigate. The lack of ability to customize responses in inspections is particularly problematic.
