I started using AppWork about a month ago, and the interaction with the residents is just what we needed. I particularly like the interaction and communication features, as they help with reviews and keeping residents updated on any delays. The initial setup was easy.

I love the make ready board and that I can assign a work order to a specific maintenance technician. Having a digital version of the make ready board that I can access at all times in the app is wonderful, especially since I manage multiple properties, and keeping up with a physical board at multiple sites can be difficult. They have also been quick and amazing to work with in fixing any issues we've had since onboarding.

I find AppWork easy to use and it saves me time compared to other programs I've worked with before. I appreciate that work orders are very easy to organize, and my techs like working with it as it is simple and quick to execute. The initial setup was very easy too.
