However, we are targeting execuitives that can be very challending to reach. **Recommendations to others considering Anova Consulting Group:** Do your homework, but we evaluated two other respected providers of Win/Loss and Anova's was the most through and well thought out approach **What problems is Anova Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, our Win/Loss info was largely provided by through sales (fox guarding the hen house). By removing sales as the middle man, we are recieveing a more honest view from our customers. ### 2. The dashboard feature is a great tool to look at trends and makes it easy to find transcripts all in one place. **What do you dislike about Anova Consulting Group?** We struggled with our own internal processes during our time working together. In hindsight, I wish we would have set the program up a little differently and set some more automation in place before beginning. Anova could have likely consulted us more on this, but it would be unfair to burden them with that full responsibility. **Recommendations to others considering Anova Consulting Group:** Make sure anyone in your organization that has control over your data is fully onboard before proceeding. If you can feed this machine with interviews, you're not going to get enough qualitative data to make decisions. **What problems is Anova Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with Anova to gather qualitative feedback to add "voice of the customer" to our qualitative win/loss analysis. They have good experience, are skilled in interviewing, and drawing out analysis from those interviews. My client service team is professional and easy to work with. Anova produces reports that summarize the insights from our interviews very effectively. They highlight some things that I did not recall seeing in the trends and insights. The reporting is of high quality. **What do you dislike about Anova Consulting Group?** There is a quantitative section of the interview that benchmarks us against the top competitor within each opportunity. I have found that section really helpful, but this year it has been getting filled more rarely than it has in years past. **Recommendations to others considering Anova Consulting Group:** Anova is a rock solid option when looking for a 3rd party consultant to execute an enterprise Win/Loss Program. **What problems is Anova Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working with Anova provides us an external 3rd party which can conduct Win / Loss interviews and generate the respective reporting from those interviews. We use the information to support our business, marketing and sales teams with insights on why we’ve won or lost business across multiple internal lines of business. This was missing with competitive offerings **What do you dislike about Anova Consulting Group?** I had a hard time trying to convince management after the main sponsor of this project left our company. We should have had a plan B even when the sponsor was still around; however due to a change of priority, not sure if this would've worked. **Recommendations to others considering Anova Consulting Group:** Make sure you have end goals and KPIs in mind before you reach out. Make sure you provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on a regular and effective basis. Anova is very flexible, with a lot of experience, and has a sense of the industry your company is in. They will help set up the questionnaire accordingly to ensure you will get value for money. **What problems is Anova Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anova was providing us valuable customer insights, trends and analytics that we didnt have as a company. Through their feedback we were able to better understand reasons for wins and losses and make use of that going forward. ### 6. Their representatives are always willing to get on the phone and work through any problems we have. **What do you dislike about Anova Consulting Group?** We had several changes to our representatives over the few years we worked with Anova, which made it a bit harder to work with them at times. Additionally, I would have liked to have seen better integration with our (custom) CRM system or any help to make tracking win/loss opportunities to remove a lot of the manual work we had to do on our own. Finally, I think Anova could have done a better job helping us get buy-in from our sellers to improve the overall process. If sellers aren't bought into the process, you won't get excellent leads, which was one of our biggest problems. **Recommendations to others considering Anova Consulting Group:** Make sure you onboard with Anova fully, and get them integrated into whatever process you are spinning up at your organization. **What problems is Anova Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anova was helping us with our win/loss program. They interviewed our buyers after a sale or when a competition was lost. At the end of the year, they provided us with a summary of their findings, including some suggestions on things we could change as an organization. Overall we found the information to align with our beliefs, and the data did not change meaningfully over our time with Anova. ### 7.
