**What do you like best about Amwork?**

Unlike other CRM's Amwork doesn't just provide a CRM it also includes a suite of other functionalitites like a telephone system and other features like sending email follow ups using automations.

**What do you dislike about Amwork?**

The UI is not the best at the moment. Some examples are we can't drag a lead from one deal stage to the other, the side bar doesn't have an expanded view so we have to hover over to see what we are doing...etc.

The import option also failed when I tried importing some leads. I believe the problem was because I didn't have the exact structure of the CRM with the sheet.

They don't have a support chatbot on site as well. It is directing to whatsapp.

**What problems is Amwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amwork does provide a good basic CRM that includes basic functionality for sales teams like follow up and telephone service(third party integration).
