<p>Curious how much weight people actually give to star ratings when evaluating firms for something this complex. Like, a 5/5 with 7 reviews versus a 4.7 with 47, those aren't comparable in any meaningful way. Has anyone found a better signal than ratings when shortlisting for a big transformation programme?</p>
