# How do Marketo LaunchPoint apps compare for CRM integration and data synchronization with Salesforce or Dynamics?

Most companies running Adobe's Marketo Engage also run a CRM like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and the two need to share lead and customer data constantly. Marketo connects to both natively, and LaunchPoint apps extend what that connection can do. So how do Marketo LaunchPoint apps compare for CRM integration and data synchronization with Salesforce or Dynamics?

The relevant options in G2's Marketo LaunchPoint Apps category approach sync from different directions:

Data connectivity from a vendor founded in 1981; G2 reviewers highlight its high-performance connectivity, reliability in production workloads, and seamless cloud integration for hybrid data pipelines. The fit: when Marketo and your CRM are two of many systems that need to stay connected.

Pulls customer identities from different channels into one unified profile with consent management built in, relevant when the sync problem is really about recognizing the same customer across CRM, web, and Marketo.

Maginate: Rated 5.0 on G2 by its early reviewers. Grazitti's connector syncs Magento store customer and purchase data into Marketo, a good example of a pattern worth knowing: connectors built for one specific system often work better than generic middleware.

Progress DataDirect being around since 1981 and still getting credited for reliable production connectivity says something about how this category has actually evolved rather than just accumulated newer tools. I'd let Marketo's native sync handle the core lead data and only reach for a LaunchPoint app once that native sync genuinely stops covering what I need.
