We've had a positive experience working with Amego as our mobile app provider. One of the biggest highlights has been our account team and the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump in and help when questions or issues arise. The user experience is also a major plus. The app is intuitive and easy for attendees to navigate, which helps drive engagement across our programs. From logistical standpoint, the app is simple to download and access, and we've received consistently positive feedback from our users on that front. We also really love the value the ability to fully customize the branding and overall look and feel of the app. This flexibility allows us to create a cohesive and elevated experience that aligns with the goals and aesthetics of each of our clients. There are a few areas where we've encountered some challenges. The CMS can feel a bit clunky at times, particularly when managing more complex builds with layers of visibility. Additionally the platform is clearly designed with meetings in mind, whereas a large portion of our business centers on incentive travel. Because of this we are often finding ourselves repurposing certain feature to make them work for our needs. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it does create some added effort on our side. We do want to acknowledge that the Amego team has been very open to our feedback and has expressed interest in expanding features and functionaltiies that better align with our business.
