**What do you like best about Ambit?**

- Intuitive and easy to get started, functional visual designer
- good NLU engine allowing multiple language models, algorithms and even multiple providers (e.g. it works with Microsoft's LUIS engine as well). 
- Love the NLU decision tree! 
- Live hand-over to a human agent

**What do you dislike about Ambit?**

No instant SaaS purchase option (yet) from what I can see

**Recommendations to others considering Ambit:**

There are other options if you want command-style question/answer pairs. But for a natural conversation it is one of the best

**What problems is Ambit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing coaching and consulting conversations. Managing complex interwoven conversations that allow an off-topic remark at any point.
