Describe the project or task Alternis IT helped with:

We approached Alternis IT with a few technical integration issues we'd been experiencing for our Retail and Ecommerce Cannabis business. Considering the legalities of working in Cannabis, there are some nuances to what tech integrations we can utilize so we were looking for someone who was familiar enough with our platforms and industry who could help us find the right solution to move forward.

Because of our industry we can't use pretty basic solutions, ie Paypal or Shopify so we have to use work arounds that are friendly to our industry. Those work arounds sometimes don't work and cause conflicts which if I'm being honest, I'm not the most technical and don't have the time or finances to hire a full time person or spend my own time on that because I'm running the business. I was looking for a partner who would come in and help understand our challenge and get us to a solution fast.

What do you like best about Alternis IT?

We really love their hands on approach. They listened to what our problem was, and strategized with us on how to resolve it. While dead ends were met before a solution was reached, we were kept in the know the whole time and brought up to date on how the projects was trending along. What do you dislike about Alternis IT?

Haven't had a bad experience. They take care of us and are always prompt to respond to our communications. The only things that is a challenge, but is really just a hard spot for every company is the budget for the projects but Alternis IT has proved to be worth it. Recommendations to others considering Alternis IT:

If you're looking for a team who is going to be hands on then choose Alternis IT. They are proactive and display great communication skills. One of the better agencies I've had the pleasure of working with in my time using external agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alternis IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far all problems have been resolved and we're already beginning discussions to allocate more projects to Alternis IT as they come up. We're a small business so we take things project by project which has allowed us to test the relationship and so far we've been pleased with the results, it's taken a load off of our backs in terms of having to think of how we would resolve this internally, and ultimately giving a better customer experience to our customers.
