The only drawback is their limited availability for meetings, which are sometimes scheduled for the following week.

I’d appreciate more flexibility in scheduling IT support meetings within a few days, rather than having to wait a week or more but Interlaced is great otherwise.

What I found to be most helpful is the fact that they assist you with the problem and also take the time to teach you the things you can try on your end to help keep me as self sufficient as possible. I don't mind reaching out for assistance when needed but am always more than happy to learn new tricks of the trade.

I haven't had any instance to have a dislike about Interlaced IT Management Services.

For those looking at considering Interlaced IT Managed Services all I can say is, I 100% recommend!!!

**What problems is Interlaced IT Managed Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In order to properly do my job as a Chronic Care Manager, I really need two monitors in order to be organized enough to function between all the tabs I need to have open and work between. I'm not great with Mac Books and couldn't get the docking station to connect to my Mac and recognize both monitors. Adam Ruppert was excellent! He listened to my questions/concerns and needs, then proceeded to troubleshoot and correct the issues promptly.

They work as a team to assign the right personnel based on the issue and case.  They are prompt and great communicators.  I worked with one person, but used team resources and individual expertise as they chatted remotely to solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Interlaced IT Managed Services?**

They admit when they do not know, but are willing to try to resolve issues and do not waste your time pulling you through the knothole.

They work 24 hours a day on weekdays and are available on weekends when you need them most to meet a tight deadline.

**What problems is Interlaced IT Managed Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interlaced helped me with three issues that I had been delaying in fixing, but handled all three items in one call—ranging from learning how to VPN to the Corporate office and Map to both the Printer Scanner and Corporate Staff File Manager.  I also spent time with Interlace and was trained on how to work offline while still saving my work on OneDrive, as well as attaching files from my mobile device and sending emails via the Outlook App.

Interlaced staff are always helpful and collaborative. Every time I needed their services, they immediately responded and accommodated my requests in a way that I was able to be guided to a positive solution.

RAPID response in a time of panic with very calm and reassuring support

I do not have any dislikes about this service.

**What problems is Interlaced IT Managed Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My email was hacked via a very sophisticated phishing scam which came from a valid email address with valid content to the time of the year in my customer lifecycle phase.  The culprit was identified, the email addresses that were affected were identified and they scanned my computer for any unusual access to my other applications.  They checked both my work and personal email.

I was not able to view my email content from auto-generated emails from RAMP. The emails provide communications between me and my clients, directing you to the exact transactions. I was always able to view the contents until recently; something happened with Google Chrome that created the problem, and my emails from RAMP showed no content. Londelle quickly and easily fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes!
