**What do you like best about AION?**

Aion is built for small businesses and is one of the best software for scheduling employees
It is helpful for managing daily workloads and for determining labor costs.

**What do you dislike about AION?**

The Aion capabilities are not supported in RHEL 6u2 Linux 64-bit environment

**What problems is AION solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes the Aionclient stops working.At times there are runtime errors and ther is no connection to the server at times.With Aion there is management of timeand labor costs also gets reduced

**What do you like best about AION?**

I liked that the scheduler allowed for you to see when it was time to take your breaks and lunches. 

**What do you dislike about AION?**

I disliked that the program allowed employees to applied for overtime but did not allow employees to see what over time was needed, the system did not have a way to alert you when overtime had been approved. To see if the time had been approved you would have to continually sign into the program.

**What problems is AION solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem that is being solved is the company has a system setup for employees to volunteer for overtime. The benefits I realized are if the supervisor approves the time and we are not busy it’s a sweet payday for the employee.
