&lt;p&gt;I’d test claimant verification with two deliberately similar claims for the same item. The useful system is the one that lets staff compare details the claimant could reasonably know against internal-only attributes without accidentally revealing those attributes during the process. I’d also check whether the final record shows exactly what evidence was used to approve the release, especially when several employees handle the claim.&lt;/p&gt;
