Plus, the mobile-friendly interface and customization options make it a sweet deal. **What do you dislike about AIMcrm?** Setting it up just right can take some effort, and occasionally customer support might feel like it's on island time. **What problems is AIMcrm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It mainly helps out with automating the tasks spread throughout the lead life cycle. ### 3. The CRM software allows you to add all desired information to each of your contacts, including: websites, account activity, contact history and travel instructions. You can also link contacts to one another and to their respective companies for more efficiency. **What do you dislike about AIMcrm?** AIMcrm has a unique design that is unlike any other CRM software. For some people it may be hard to use. There is a menu bar running across the top of the application that provides access to feature categories such as: Contacts, Account, Settings, Campaigns, Reports and Help. Once one of these categories is selected, a drop-down menu will appear for users to select the tools that they would like to work with. There are also easy to access tools running down the left-hand side of the application that change according to the main category you select, but i guess some people will have difficulties with that. **What problems is AIMcrm solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you plan on stepping up your Sales & Marketing department, AIMcrm will be one of the best CRM software choices for you. Although i feel that the design of other applications provide more efficiency in terms of contact management, AIMcrm provides ease and efficiency in other areas.
