**What do you like best about RevOps Global?**

I really like RevOps Global's knowledge not only in executing tasks but also in understanding best practices. They give us advice on how we should be setting up our processes to optimize our operations. Their expertise in attributing lead sources and maximizing our pipeline generation through effective collaboration with the sales team is really valuable. We've been using their services for four years now, and I'm impressed with their ability to build out marketing campaigns and set up workflows that determine which leads go to our sales team and which marketing sources get credit for them. Their systems allow us to capture valuable information from various sources, like Google paid search or LinkedIn advertising, through our HubSpot and Salesforce instances. Additionally, their insight into setting up website landing pages and managing the lifecycle of leads, including how to nurture and follow up on those leads, is excellent.

**What do you dislike about RevOps Global?**

Perhaps more clarity around project tracking. We generally use Slack to convey projects that we need RevOps Global to work on. Just better insight on in-process projects. So we can understand how far they are, how close they are to completion. And then testing of those processes after they are complete so they can verify that the process is working as intended.

RevOps Global helps us track leads from paid sources through our funnel, improving campaign reporting and ROI. They assist us in setting up Salesforce and HubSpot, integrating other tools, and offer advice on optimizing processes and generating sales pipelines.

I really appreciate the customer service from RevOps Global. They're constantly on calls with us, providing one-on-one attention, and they answer emails within a couple of hours almost every time. It's easy to see the return on investment because you can clearly see where they've made an impact, particularly from a financial standpoint in HubSpot. I love all their products and I wouldn't change anything about their services. They're the best, and we always go with them.

- Attention to detail is great especially when launch scoring changes, making workflow changes or creating new targeted lists
- They are not just order takers.  They try to solve the problem with you and are even proactive at recognizing possible issues before they come up

No real downside.  Some of their team are in very different time zones so that can be challenging once in awhile when last minute requests come up.

If you are looking for an agency to help build out your MAP foundation and help you to think through the core structure to build scalable campaigns, these folks can help

**What problems is RevOps Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us build out our lead funnel flow using Hubspot and Salesforce.  They mapped all the various ways a lead comes in and qualifies as an MQL based on the lifecycle journey they built.  Not only did they build this foundation in Hubspot and Salesforce, they integrated other platforms we use like LeanData for lead routing and Slack notification to AE's when a qualified lead comes in.  Everything they have built out has put us in a great position to start to scale our marketing activities and ensure that the leads will get to hte right AE in a timely manner.

I haven't encountered downsides with RevOps Global yet.

We interviewed 4 different Rev Ops providers to help us set up Hubspot so that we had a working sales and marketing funnel. Some vendors had detailed methodologies and processes that seemed like it would take forever to get through. Others were non-committal about "how long and how much." Greg and team quoted a reasonable price, asked smart questions, and provided a clear answer on how he would solve our specific issues (vs boil the ocean around our hopes and dreams for Hubspot). After our initial engagement, we've asked RevOps to help us with some additional work and feel they will be an ongoing resource as our business needs evolve.

RevOps Global is committed to understanding their clients' needs and unique requirements. They don't force cookie-cutter approaches; they take the time to understand our operations and tailor their recommendations. I always appreciate Greg's insights. Despite being a HubSpot super user for over a decade, I continue to learn from him. I greatly appreciate Greg's dedication to executing projects thoughtfully and methodically.

Really hard to think of any. I wouldn't trust my MOps systems in anyone else's hands.

Stop vetting other vendors, just go with RevOps Global, you'll be glad you did.

We initially worked with an agency I did not personally select to handle a crucial HubSpot and Salesforce project. It quickly became clear the agency was over their heads as our project was more complex than they could handle. They struggled to meet our needs, resulting in numerous system issues, exasperated by slow customer service response times. 

Having worked with Greg in the past and personally knowing his degree of expertise, I hired RevOps Global to fix the mess. Not only did they fix the issues, but they also significantly enhanced our projects, bringing us innovative ideas that we hadn't considered in our original scope. Within two months, RevOps Global successfully fixed, rebuilt, and implemented a cutting-edge lifecycle, lead scoring, and attribution model—achievements that our previous agency couldn't achieve in 6 months. 

Because of the strong trust Greg and his team developed with us, we also transitioned our web development contract to RevOps Global.

What I appreceited most was their creativity. There was no problem that could not be solved with a outside the box, automated and scalable solution. They helped to drive our account mangement forward with a personalized landing page for new clients, implement countless new technologies, and created a solution for sending product outage alerts that were built, and originated from SFDC ticketing through to distribution in Marketo.

Hire them. You'll be impressed with what can be accomplished. If you're  a startup a great way to effectively expand your team without hiring an FTE. A more mature org, a great way to drive maturity, scale, and efficiency.

RevOps global stands out from the vast crop of RevOps consultants because they not only know how to develop in SF and HubSpot, but they know what to do. I can trust them to architect and develop. I have worked with many RevOps consultants. Most are nothing more than order takers and ticket workers. RevOps global is not like most consultants. RevOps Global is so much better than the norm. There is very little I dislike about RevOps Global. I can't think of anything substantive to say in this department. I would work with them again and again.

Whenever a solution wasn't straightforward, they came up with custom scripts and solutions to make the systems work together in the way that we needed. They found opportunities to further automate repetitive tasks and free up bandwidth. Because of Greg and his team at Revops, we have completely revamped our revenue operations - a much needed project. As a small marketing team, Revops brought so much value to the work we were doing in ABM, demand gen and customer journeys. We needed a team who would help us choose the best course of action for our organization, and Revops was exactly that. We partnered with them in finding the best approach to our Hubspot operation for us. They were consultative at every stage of the projects - from strategising all the way to execution and continued revisions. Highly recommend Greg and his team at Revops.

The team was great to work with. They listened to you and presented a clear plan of action to gain alignment before going in and making the changes. They set it up in a way so that you would have documentation to refer to in the future – making it easy to continue on successfully after the engagement.

There isn't anything that I can say I disliked about RevOps. I would definitely use their services again. They are on the higher priced side, but they also provide a lot of value.

There are no significant downsides, but there is always an SLA to consider when working with an external consultant. With Greg and his team, SLAs have been generally good, but there is always room for improvement.
