What do you like best?

I like how knowledgeable the staff is. There is never a question that I can't get an answer too. They also take the time to teach us and empower us to move forward on our own so that we aren't completely reliants on the team for every question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

The owner is very smart, and all of the staff members are very nice to work with. They delivered on schedule and had great, innovative ideas! In general, their staff is available to help any time, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and care about their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

They didn't seem to have actually done marketing automation before. It felt like we were their training wheels. They understood the theory behind it, but didn't seem to have ever implemented it before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When working with clients we spend time upfront to understand your business model and build the right campaigns and plan to help meet your objectives. That said, we do occasionally run into challenges when working with complicated data-sets and marketing automation tools with advanced functionality that can take time and may require working directly with the marketing automation platform vendor to resolve.

Our goal when this happens is to stay in constant communication and do whatever work is necessary to resolve the issue with as little disruption as possible to you, the client. We apologize that this was not your experience, and appreciate your input as it helps our team continuously improve our processes and service delivery.

What do you like best?

Mike Rejmaniak's technical competence with Salesforce.com and quick learning of Cytel-specific information. Christopher Antonopoulos' confidence & expertise with lead & forecasting system & practices. What do you dislike?

Once we got out of MRM's sweetspot (sales & marketing automation) our internal sales operations technical staff could manage on their own.

I've worked with MRM on several different projects at different companies. First, I worked with them to sort out our demand generation approach at a SaaS start up. From the initial kickoff meeting through completion of the project, they were in regular contact with the team. The second project was integration between HubSpot and an ERP system at a consulting firm. Their team worked very closely to understand our requirements and to tailor their solution to our needs. Even when the project ended up being a bit more complex than first scoped, they re-assessed their approach and worked with us to make certain the solution fit our needs.
