"Sales Forecasting Process & Salesforce.com updates"

MRM took Cytel to a new sales and lead management process which they implemented for us in Salesforce.com

What do you like best?

Mike Rejmaniak's technical competence with Salesforce.com and quick learning of Cytel-specific information. Christopher Antonopoulos' confidence & expertise with lead & forecasting system & practices. ALso, very helpful was the Quantitative Funnel MRM generated for me to begin to get a handle on the metrics of lead generation & conversion

What do you dislike?

Once we got out of MRM's sweetspot (sales & marketing automation) our internal sales operations technical staff could manage on their own.

Some progress review meetings were unfocused and when they needed to be focused on a few specific detailed questions or actions had too much general talk and insufficient time on specifics

"Marketing Experience with MRM"

We use MRM to help us with Hubspot projects including lists, emails and workflows.

What do you like best?

I like how knowledgeable the staff is. There is never a question that I can't get an answer too. They also take the time to teach us and empower us to move forward on our own so that we aren't completely reliants on the team for every question.

What do you dislike?

I dislike having to wait to get my questions answered. This is often because we have too many projects going on at once.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

I would recommend MRM to anyone who needs a partner to help with Hubspot integration and execution.

"Very nice to work with, but didn't seem to have experience with automated marketing"

Automated marketing for a nonprofit science education association.

What do you like best?

The owner is very smart, and all of the staff members are very nice to work with. They delivered on schedule and had great, innovative ideas! In general, their staff is available to help any time, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and care about their clients.

What do you dislike?

They didn't seem to have actually done marketing automation before. It felt like we were their training wheels. They understood the theory behind it, but didn't seem to have ever implemented it before.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Ask them for references and examples that you can verify. Find out who will be on your team, and what their personal experience is with automated marketing.

"Top notch insights and ability to react to Sales leads instantaneously"

We were overwhelmed by the quantity of leads to our multi-channel marketing efforts and needed a way to sort, qualify, and respond to them so they could become sales opportunities to drive closure. Needed to turn raw data into actionable plans for revenue capture with very limited in-house staffing.

What do you like best?

We felt like we got priority treatment and an education into ways to help formalize our methodology. We experience a reduction in stress, and more thorough control and reaction times, all with guidance to make the implementation seamless.

What do you dislike?

Cannot think of a downside , investment into the consulting / automation portions yielded a many fold increase

"Super Support"

My company has used MRM for support integrating HubSpot and CRM. This was a huge task and I could not have done it with out them!

What do you like best?

fantastic support and high level knowledge

What do you dislike?

the only advice I would suggest is strengthening project management

If you don't have the technical knowledge or expertise on your staff, having this type of support and level of understanding is key to any integration, or to building the infrastructure for your marketing automation.

"Unified our marketing and sales teams by fully integrating HubSpot and Salesforce"

I've worked with MRM for almost three years now. They have helped take our marketing operations from a 5 to an 11. Our HubSpot/SFDC connection is a continual evolution but with MRM we know it's in the right hand.

What do you like best?

The yeti's are willing to drop anything to help us put out a fire.

What do you dislike?

Nothing comes to mind. They've done a great job and fit into our team seamlessly.

"Knowledgeable, Flexible, Thorough "

I've worked with MRM on several different projects at different companies. First, I worked with them to sort out our demand generation approach at a SaaS start up. From the initial kickoff meeting through completion of the project, they were in regular contact with the team. The second project was integration between HubSpot and an ERP system at a consulting firm. I came in mid-project, however they got me up to speed quickly and have been very flexible and creative in problem solving.

What do you like best?

Their team worked very closely to understand our requirements and to tailor their solution to our needs. Even when the project ended up being a bit more complex than first scoped, they re-assessed their approach and worked with us to make certain the solution fit our needs.

What do you dislike?

I can't really think of anything I disliked about working with them.

"Continuing to take us to the next level"

MRM's expertise has provided us with Hubspot/SalesForce integration and lead scoring guidance to help sales and marketing work together as a more cohesive unit. This enabled us to move forward with automation, reporting, and re-qualifying leads to ultimately improve our closing rates/

What do you like best?

Everyone on the team is amazing. They're smart, engaging, and fun to work with.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything that comes to mind.

"The MRM team takes the time to understand all variables before trying to "fix" anything. "

The MRN team helped our Sales and Marketing Teams come together - this was a critical exercise prior to addressing our Marketing automation Platform needs.

What do you like best?

The hands-on approach. This team has multiple resources that are able to address every aspect of your needs pertaining to marketing automated technology platforms and sales and marketing alignment.

What do you dislike?

Timing and resources for all inovlved were at times cut thin.

Be very clear and concise with your needs. This team is open and easy to work with .

"Excellent partner for MDM"

MRM helped us analyze our customer data... both the records themselves across multiple systems, as well as the processes for populating those records, and made recommendations on how to get closer to the golden customer record.

What do you like best?

Friendly, responsive, smart team, with a "can do" and "will do" attitude every step of the way.

What do you dislike?

Project took a bit longer than planned to complete, but that was mostly outside of MRM's control.

"These Yeti's do Full Funnel"
