When working with clients we spend time upfront to understand your business model and build the right campaigns and plan to help meet your objectives. That said, we do occasionally run into challenges when working with complicated data-sets and marketing automation tools with advanced functionality that can take time and may require working directly with the marketing automation platform vendor to resolve.
Our goal when this happens is to stay in constant communication and do whatever work is necessary to resolve the issue with as little disruption as possible to you, the client. We apologize that this was not your experience, and appreciate your input as it helps our team continuously improve our processes and service delivery.
