**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

I like how flexible DemandZEN is, and how fast they're able to get onboarded and started. It's really refreshing that I didn't have to do a massive amount of enablement or onboarding - I am leading my own team, so by hiring them I'm able to focus on my team while they provide value without significant lift. They're very self-sufficient. I appreciate their data, which is strong and noticeably stronger than the data from other providers and sometimes our own internal data. Their team is exceptional at booking meetings and getting people curious and interested enough to take a second meeting with us. It's peace of mind because I can focus on hiring and onboarding my own team while they take care of the management, leadership, list building, and quality control during unique periods of time.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

I would prefer that their BDRs stay on the entire call. I think that would be more valuable and aid in their learning about our product - specifically to set better meetings and create better opportunities for us longer term. And then I would love a model where I could get access to call recordings and data.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DemandZEN for creating opportunities and booking meetings, especially when I have higher targets (seasonality) or face capacity constraints. It gives me peace of mind to focus on hiring while they handle leadership and quality control.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

Their outsourced SDR service is excellent and has helped us grow our business. DemandZen helps us reach new customers and iterate on our outbound messaging. Getting 5-10 meeting reps in every week on new prospects is hugely helpful. They do all the list building, cold-calling, and script writing to book the initial meetings. Our pipeline has grown significantly, and we have been able to refine our sales messaging and motions through iteration.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

The price is not at a bargain level, but we are paying for quality.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandZEN helps us reach new customers, refine outbound messaging, and grow our sales pipeline. They handle list building, cold-calling, and script writing to book meetings, which has significantly improved our business growth.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

Most important: Large numbers of high quality leads that match our ICP. They are highly responsive and communicative in both our scheduled weekly check-ins and via Slack. Data-driven in their approach, fine tuning their messaging and targeting to ensure leads meet our ICPs.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

No negative feedback comes to mind. We're happy with the service provided.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using DZ as our primary lead generation engine as we enter the market with a new product, in a new product category. The DemandZen team has been awesome to work with, highly responsive, and the leads are of high quality.

Lauren! But seriously, everyone we worked with so far has been very knowledgable and helpful. I feel like I have a team working for me and helping our numbers which is always huge.

None so far. Honestly, the onboarding was a breeze and it has started off really well.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandZEN:**

There are tons of companies out there that promise to book you meetings with outbound tactics. We've been live with DemandZEN for about a month so far, and we're already looking into ways to expand.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandZEN is booking meetings for us with our target ICP. We're very early in the process, but this has really helped our numbers so far from a booked meeting standpoint, and we're hopeful to see pipeline follow.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

Upsides of using DemandZEN is that you will have full confidence that their team is taking care of all of your outbound calling needs with professionalism and speaking to your product with educated talk tracks and messaging.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

I wish the DemandZEN team was my team. It feels like they are and I often forget they aren't, but the way they work makes it feel like they are your company with seamless efforts in communication and strategy.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandZEN has been one of the best third party calling platforms, let along third party vendor, that I have had the pleasure of working with as they have provided significant value add to our calling efforts and been so easy to work with. The team is very responsive and listens to what their customers need and are willing to work with you and adjust as necessary. If something needs changed or tweaked it is not a cumbersome process to do so. Aside from that, they are very friendly and easy to get alone with. When you are in need of quality outbound calling efforts, uplift in face to face time with targeted accounts, and an increase in pipeline, look no further than DemandZEN.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

The process, communication and ability to quickly scale. DemandZen stood out from other SDR vendor services we used getting our foot in the door at major organizations. Our team was very happy with the quality of meetings and how the DZ team set the stage for us. Although we had schedued weekly calls, we were in constant communication via Slack.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

This is a challange to answer as I had a great experiece almost all the way around.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandZEN:**

DemandZen is effective for appointment setting to webinar registration. They have several program types, from our experience having DZ manage meetings was the strongest meeting held rate with the lowest cost per meeting.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandZen is an outstanding partner to help with real pipeline generation and getting our foot through the door at large enterprises and major accounts. From the very beginning of our engagement the DZ team showed their experience within our industry and we saw quality meetings being booked within the first week. We have a very specific and narrow ICP and I was happily surprised how quickly the team starting setting meetings. These were quality meetings and it helped build a very healthy pipeline.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

DemandZen was flexible in working to ramp us up quickly, and they are very responsive, reliable and flexible.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

When they enrich the lead lists we give them, it can introduce garbage that reduces effectiveness. We've found we are better off using our highly targeted, hand-vetted lists for our industry.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandZEN:**

DemandZen will be much more successful the more you invest in the relationship through educating them on your ICP, industry and messaging. They have given us a needed FTE lift, but we are diligent in providing messaging, feedback and ongoing lists to help keep performance up.

**What problems is DemandZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to quickly test an outbound BDR motion without hiring internally or investing more than needed to create pipeline. They were a great solution to help us test and learn. So far at post 90 days in, we're seeing enough good results to continue.

Amazingly responsive team and very hands-on management. Andrew Lashoff was a wonderful primary point of contact and was extremely proactive and attentative. Great experience all around. The callers were quick to collaborate and reach out to our sales team to reschedule, give meeting reminders, and follow up after meetings. They immersed themsevles in learning about our industry and were wonderful to work with.

Best for more general-type products, which makes sense, as that is the nature of third party calling services.

DemandZen was a great partner to work with. Our rep, Andrew Lashoff, was very attentive, helpful, and quick to recommend optimizations and ways to make the program even better.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

Christy and her team were the utmost dedicated professionals!  They showed a genuine interest in the success of our company, and their communication was always thorough and timely. Their effort to learn about our services is commendable. It's an absolute pleasure to work with Christy and her team.

I think that the meeting handoff process between DemandZen and our team is a bit "clunky," but we are working through that, and that is certainly something coming from our side as well.

It is a good partnership and we work closely together on strategy, training and process. The team at DemandZEN is very open to working through any issues and course-correcting as needed based on account/market/message needs.

DemandZen time to ramp to start scheduling meetings was very quick. They are very good at setting qualified meetings.

They came up a little short on number of contract committed meetings but part of that was due to our evolving ICP.

DemandZen is great at generating leads and keeping you updated on a weekly basis. They have been great to work with and are committed to our success.

Part of our GTM strategy is too have voice of the customer feedback calls with a very defined ICP. We want to make sure our product is perfect before GTM.

Onboarding was fast, yet they took the time to learn our business and sales process and quickly see results. We started with an account list and 3-month goal, and they exceeded our expectations in terms of meeting quality and volume. They are a trusted partner and continue to engage their services as we plan for growth.

They commit to a specific goal/result and work to achieve it. DemandZen's appointment setting team serves as an extension of our marketing and sales team. We appreciate the weekly group check-ins to connect, share best practices, what's happening/being heard in the market, and reconcile what's working.

While detailed prospect call notes are provided to our sales team for context, it would be helpful to have access to call recordings.

Customers are qualified, they meet the defined ICP and are prepared for the initial meeting.

Nothing comes to mind, because if something comes up, they quickly address it.  We meet weekly as a part of the process and review activity, meetings, etc.

**Describe the project or task DemandZEN helped with:**

I worked with DemandZEN on two different occasions at a startup in the workplace/DaaS security space. We did not have an established SDR team, and we were not receiving enough qualified inbound leads. We partnered with DemandZEN to do cold outreach into our targeted accounts. They did the lead research and scheduled appointments with members of the buying team. 

The critical difference between them and other "AI" or "next-gen"  appointment services is the people! Their callers are seasoned professionals who have years of experience - and they rely on actual calling and live conversations instead of automated email sequencing and "social selling". The results speak for themselves!

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

They became an extension of our team and overall go-to-market strategy. Easily coachable and willing to work with our communication systems - i.e. Slack, Google Forms, etc. All reporting was also incredibly valuable and easy to consume - including the sourcing of leads to add to our internal database.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

We could have integrated them better into our inbound leads and our event planning (pre/post follow-ups) - we didn't take the time to explore this further, which was more on us than them.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandZEN:**

If you haven't worked with an outside Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Services company before, give DemandZen your first shot. If you have, and you're looking again or have a bad taste leftover from a bad experience, give DemandZen a shot. Either way, if you put the time into developing your ICP and target persona to go after while also coaching their team on your message, etc., you'll be thrilled with the results.

We were solving a lack of sales-qualified leads and then converting the few leads we were getting into top-of-funnel opportunities.

We saw a substantial increase not only in the number of leads but qualified leads against an ideal customer profile and persona, which directly impacted the overall top-of-funnel pipeline creation.

DemandZen served as the primary meeting-getter for our demand generation operation in North America.  Our goal was to increase the amount of qualified leads/meetings for regional AEs.  We identified DZ as a leader in our industry.  We provided DZ with the key attributes we wanted in a customer and they did the rest - sourcing leads, setting appointments, follow-up, etc.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

DemandZen is very effective in setting meetings.  They hit their quota every month.  They put our team in front of the right people.  Their team is smart, committed, and hard-working.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

We had issues with our AEs receiving automated scoring emails after each meeting - this could have been a firewall/junk email issue on our end.

We're getting meetings with the right people at the right companies.  DZ serves as an extension of our outbound demand generation efforts.  Outbound became a key pipeline driver.

Their prospecting process is excellent! Also, I love how easy it is to work with Lauren and her delivery team.

So far, so good. At this time, I can't think of anything I have not liked.

We had another B2B appointment setting service working on outbound cold calling at the same time to determine which agency would best meet our needs. DemandZEN came out on top and I believe it was because they do all of their own lead research vs. buying lists. They really understood our buyer personas in our target organizations. I’ve worked with many firms like this and I believe DemandZEN is the best. They truly partnered with us and acted as an extension of our team and developed relationships with each of our sales reps.

TThey are flexible and able to pivot quickly upon request, while paying attention to detail and providing robust reporting. Also I appreciated their ability to generate high-quality meetings that resulted in pipeline.

Since our DemandZEN team was not local we did not get to interact with them in person often, but they have great systems in place to make sure communication was not an issue.

The hardest part of kicking off a lead gen funnel is contacting the right Prospect and setting meetings.  it's the only way to test whether who outside your company finds your own value proposition as compelling as you do.

DemandZen does that heavy lifting of pitching and hooking Prospect most valuable commodity they have to offer in your sales and revenue cycle:  their time. They help make your story short enough to get to the right people at the right organizations so you can hear what is really valuable to your prospective customers. most importantly, they learn with you, and our flexible and adaptive to create and sustain go-to-market,  from entry to ramp to growth acceleration.

To set appointments with companies that had a very specific technology stack. We gave them the account names and they started generating qualified meetings for us immediately.

**What do you like best about DemandZEN?**

The results! They set a meeting the very first day. The quality of the meetings were so good that the sales team wanted to speak with them directly. Normally I would have an SDR in between. And they continued to deliver strong results over the course of the 12 months we worked together.

**What do you dislike about DemandZEN?**

They only sent us those accounts that agreed to meet and did not keep track of the accounts that declined to meet or the ones that did not respond. We would like to have had that data for our own internal reporting and funnel modeling (I think this has since been addressed).

They have an atypical pricing model,  make sure you understand it.
