**What do you like best about AgencyPro?**

The platform’s unified client portal looks like a powerful way to manage messaging, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, and files all in one place. I’m especially looking forward to exploring the customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and white-label branding options to see how they can streamline my operations and improve client communication.

**What do you dislike about AgencyPro?**

The onboarding process does not provide a clear, comprehensive overview of all the platform’s capabilities. While the initial setup is straightforward, it leaves many features unexplained or buried in the interface, making it difficult to understand the full scope of what’s available. As a result, I’ve had to explore and test the system on my own to discover how different tools and settings work together. A more guided walkthrough or feature map during onboarding would make it much easier for new users to quickly grasp the platform’s full potential.

**What problems is AgencyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From project tracking to billing and collaboration, AgencyPro seems built to simplify day-to-day agency work and boost productivity. I’m looking forward to diving in and exploring everything it has to offer.

**What do you like best about AgencyPro?**

One of the biggest advantages is having everything in one place: a fully branded client portal, invoicing, subscription management, task tracking and CRM all live under the same roof. Our clients love logging into a portal that carries our logo and colours, and they can easily submit requests, download files and pay invoices. The built‑in invoicing is a major time saver – it handles automated invoice generation, supports Stripe and PayPal, and sends payment reminders so cash flow stays healthy. I also appreciate the dashboards and analytics that show revenue, client satisfaction and project efficiency at a glance. All of this functionality has made our workflow smoother and more professional.

**What do you dislike about AgencyPro?**

The platform is still maturing, so a few of the more advanced features feel a bit basic or are marked as “coming soon.” There was a slight learning curve in setting up our service catalogue and order forms, and we hit a couple of small bugs early on (which support resolved quickly). Project management works fine for our needs, but teams that rely heavily on advanced project reporting or complex dependencies might find it a little light. It also took us a little time to customise the portal to match our brand perfectly.

**What problems is AgencyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented tools and workflows: Previously, we were juggling separate systems for invoicing, project management, client communication, and CRM. Information was scattered across different places, and it was easy for details to slip through the cracks. AgencyPro brings those functions together in a single platform, which cuts down on context switching and keeps everything organised in one place. As a result, we save time and can respond to clients more quickly.

Inefficient billing and payment collection: Creating invoices manually and following up on overdue payments took a lot of time and often disrupted cash flow. AgencyPro automates invoice creation, supports recurring subscriptions, and sends automated payment reminders. Clients can pay via Stripe or PayPal directly through the portal, which has shortened our payment cycle and made revenue more predictable.

Client experience and professionalism: We had trouble offering clients a consistent, branded portal where they could view project updates, upload files, and manage their account. AgencyPro’s white-label client portal addresses this by giving clients a one-stop hub under our own domain. It helps us present a more professional experience and improves client satisfaction because they always know where to go for updates, files, and billing.

Lack of visibility into agency performance: Without integrated analytics, it was difficult to track revenue trends, team utilisation, and client satisfaction. AgencyPro’s built-in dashboards and reporting provide real-time visibility into these metrics. This makes it easier to make data-driven decisions, spot areas for improvement, and share progress clearly with the team.

**What do you dislike about AgencyPro?**

As a newcomer, some growing pains are inevitable. Fortunately, the team is quick to respond, fixing bugs promptly and continuing to make improvements.

AgencyPro solves a common problem for agencies: juggling multiple platforms while paying for expensive subscriptions.
