
One of the biggest advantages is having everything in one place: a fully branded client portal, invoicing, subscription management, task tracking and CRM all live under the same roof. Our clients love logging into a portal that carries our logo and colours, and they can easily submit requests, download files and pay invoices. The built‑in invoicing is a major time saver – it handles automated invoice generation, supports Stripe and PayPal, and sends payment reminders so cash flow stays healthy. I also appreciate the dashboards and analytics that show revenue, client satisfaction and project efficiency at a glance. The platform is still maturing, so a few of the more advanced features feel a bit basic or are marked as “coming soon.” There was a slight learning curve in setting up our service catalogue and order forms, and we hit a couple of small bugs early on (which support resolved quickly). Project management works fine for our needs, but teams that rely heavily on advanced project reporting or complex dependencies might find it a little light.
