I am a former employee of AFLAC, as well. Since I had prior dealing with them, I was asked if I knew of anyone that could help us get billing issues handled. I tried reaching out to some former colleagues and had no luck. We actually canceled all of our benefits with them due to customer service issues. **What do you like best about Aflac Incorporated?** Benefits are paid directly to the policy owner. **What do you dislike about Aflac Incorporated?** Customer service is horrible. The employees there are highly overworked and frustrated, and it pours out onto the customer. **What problems is Aflac Incorporated solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 2. While only a few take a advantage of it, it is very easy to navigate and adjust the invoice as needed. **What do you like best about Aflac Incorporated?** Very easy to navigate. Two clicks and I have have my invoice reviewed and paid. I can set up a scheduled payment for the end of the month at any point, which works well with my payroll needs. **What do you dislike about Aflac Incorporated?** There really is not anything I dislike about the service. It is simple and straight forward. I have no complaints. ### 4.
