The company that I am currently employed with had our supplemental benefits with them. I am a former employee of AFLAC, as well. Since I had prior dealing with them, I was asked if I knew of anyone that could help us get billing issues handled. I tried reaching out to some former colleagues and had no luck. We actually canceled all of our benefits with them due to customer service issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Aflac to provide additional insurance options for employees. While only a few take a advantage of it, it is very easy to navigate and adjust the invoice as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aflac Incorporated?

Very easy to navigate. Two clicks and I have have my invoice reviewed and paid. I can set up a scheduled payment for the end of the month at any point, which works well with my payroll needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aflac Incorporated?

The ease of use and speed of service; claims can be submitted online including documentation and then claims are paid out between 24 - 48 hours later, depending on what time the claim was submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
