What we like best about Lever Talent is the visibility and insight it provides into our hiring process. 

Working with Laura has also been a tremendous benefit. Her guidance when evaluating candidates and thinking through team dynamics has been incredibly insightful. Integrating the Predictive Index into our process has added another valuable layer, helping us better understand behavioral profiles and how individuals may complement existing teams.

We have not been using it for that long.  I wouls say that there is nothing that I dislike at this point.

I would strongly recommend incorporating the Predictive Index into your hiring process. It provides valuable insight into behavioral styles and team dynamics, which has helped us make more thoughtful and informed hiring decisions.

**What do you like best about Lever Talent?**

I really appreciate the help I get from Laura Johnson and Curtis Creekmore. Laura helps us stay on track with the return on our investment and she's always available for a quick meeting. Curtis Creekmore provided on-site leadership training, and even though it was a half-day session, he kept our leaders engaged. He was informative and knowledgeable. Laura assists me daily by giving me practical advice on how to get our managers to use the software effectively. The tools they provide are very pragmatic and offer great suggestions and recommendations for maximizing our talent. They help us understand the tools available through predictive index, strengthen our teams, and improve our one-on-one relationships between managers and employees. Lever Talent helps our managers lead and coach more effectively. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 for their services.

I appreciate Lever Talent's two-question assessment, which takes only 5 minutes to complete and provides tremendous insight into behaviors. Their insights help us match prospective employees to role requirements effectively. Lever Talent provides understanding beyond simple behavioral traits through 'factor combinations,' showing how traits relate and manifest, which is invaluable. The combination of PI results with structured interviews and hands-on testing helps us screen potential employees effectively, introducing an objective element to our hiring. Lever Talent's trainings have been extremely helpful, making our implementation better understood and practices more effective. The seamless integration of the Hire and Inspire modules with our payroll software stands out. Their regular check-ins have been beneficial, alongside their past support and performance. Plus, their responsiveness to questions and best practices makes them a valuable partner.

**What do you like best about Lever Talent?**

I really enjoy working with Laura at Lever Talent. She provides me with the guidance I need to help lead team building exercises and delve deeper into the Predictive Index results for our employees and candidates. I became certified in Predictive Index, and Dottie was great in helping me understand the ins and outs of it. The team members at Lever Talent are incredible! They make me want to learn more and are always so willing to help guide me. I also found the PowerPoint templates helpful when building my presentation to launch Inspire. Lever Talent provides our hiring managers with excellent interview questions and the ability to benchmark our positions to better align candidates with what is needed for the position.

What I like best about Lever Talent is their support throughout the implementation process and their responsiveness whenever we have questions or need additional insights. Their team has helped us improve our hiring approach and, combined with the PI tools, given us confidence in making more intentional, behavior-based hiring decisions.

**What do you dislike about Lever Talent?**

While the Lever team is extremely supportive throughout the implementation process, it can take some time to get fully accustomed to the platform itself. Additionally, some parts of the platform aren’t the most intuitive, and it can take extra effort to fully understand the behavioral insights in PI. Overall, though, Lever’s guidance and support, combined with the insights from PI, have made our hiring process much more effective, intentional, and aligned with our company culture.

**Recommendations to others considering Lever Talent:**

I would recommend Lever Talent for the strong support and guidance their team provides throughout the implementation and hiring process. My advice would be to give yourself time to get familiar with the platform and the behavioral insights in PI, as it can take a little effort to fully understand all the features. Overall, it’s a great partner for improving intentional, behavior-based hiring

**What problems is Lever Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main challenges has been improving our interview process and gaining a better understanding of how candidates will truly succeed within our culture, beyond just meeting the job requirements. Lever’s team has been very supportive in helping us slow down and be more intentional in our hiring approach, rather than rushing decisions to fill roles. In addition to that support, the PI software has been a valuable complement to the process. The behavioral insights have helped provide deeper context on candidates, and the interview guidance has allowed us to ask more thoughtful, behavior-based questions. Together, Lever’s partnership and PI’s insights have helped us feel more confident and aligned in our hiring decisions.

**What do you like best about Lever Talent?**

What we’ve liked most about Lever Talent is how easy it is to use and how straightforward the platform is to navigate. There’s also a wide range of resources available, which has helped us deepen our understanding of the Predictive Index software and the different ways it can be used to refine hiring decisions and gain behavioral insights. On top of that, the PI team has been extremely proactive and supportive, offering valuable guidance throughout the process and even sharing helpful insights about potential candidates before their first day.

**What do you dislike about Lever Talent?**

What we disliked about Lever Talent is that a few parts felt a bit difficult to understand at first—especially the Sigma portion of Predictive Index. Also, some features, like the suggested interview questions, weren’t really adopted by our team, so we didn’t end up getting the full value from them.

We would recommend it as a valuable resource for any organization looking to strengthen its hiring process and gain deeper behavioral insights. It’s worth exploring and trying out to see the impact it can have on improving hiring decisions and supporting better team alignment.

**What do you like best about Lever Talent?**

I appreciate Lever Talent's ability to help us ensure the right candidate for our open positions through their assessments, which provide insight into candidates and support our interviewing, promotion, and development processes. I find the behavioral and cognitive assessments, along with team analysis, invaluable as they offer a 360 view of a candidate to ensure the right person is offered the position. The team analysis is also beneficial for department heads in finding candidates for gaps on their teams. The reports offer insight into how a person reacts, thinks, and receives feedback, and there's a process for understanding relationships between two people. I like their approach with Hire, Inspire, and Design, which are aspects that encourage us to continue our partnership. Overall, I rate their service as excellent.

I think the biggest value was in the recruiting element, making sure we understood the profiles and types of folks we're trying to hire, and leveraging the platform to help us identify people that would be a good match for a job. I think they have great customer service. They were excellent to work with at all facets. I still appreciate their customer service; I think it's top-notch.

I don't know if I would really change much. Other maybe whenever we can consolidate accounts having frequent touch points. That could have maybe been useful.

I find Lever Talent to be a nice resource in implementing the predictive index, and learning more about it has helped me utilize it effectively, achieving a strong ROI. I appreciate how Alex at Lever is super responsive, always willing to discuss our metrics and even pull reports or anything else I'm not aware of. He's very helpful. I also enjoy the training solutions from Lever Talent, like their ability to train someone to become a predictive index trained superuser or offer group training sessions. They seem to have whatever I might need to implement training across our platform.

Service Reps were knowledgeable and would review notes from previous meetings so they were familiar with our agency and situation.  I appreciated that I did not have to start each meeting by explaining our agency and where we were in the process or related problem.

Unfortunately, we had a signifcant change over in Service Reps during our two years with Lever Talent.

**Recommendations to others considering Lever Talent:**

I would recommend Lever Talent. The team is knowledgeable about the products they offer and is very responsive. I also appreciated that, before each meeting, they reviewed notes from our previous conversations. As a result, our meetings were productive, and we didn’t waste time re-explaining where we were in the process. I found every member of the team professional and approachable. They listened carefully, responded quickly, and showed a genuine investment in being a true partner and helping us succeed.

We did have a problem with the Predictive Index link not working when we forwarded the email to a new applicant.  They told us that we had to copy and paste it each time.  That did work.  We are not renewing the PI software due to our specific industry and applicant pool.  This decision is not based on the service provided by Lever Talent.

I find the entire Lever Talent platform really useful for our needs. The behavioral reports, reference profiles, and relationship dynamics are particularly valuable for us. We're using the People Data Tool Kit, and we've integrated the PI behavioral assessment in our recruitment process for external candidates, which is starting to show its impact. The tools Lever Talent offers are helping us with hiring, development, and retention outcomes by setting critical job factors and creating a data-driven recruitment process. I find Lever Talent's predictive index expertise incredibly valuable, especially since they explain it in a way that's easy to understand. Laura, in particular, is a great communicator and makes herself readily available, which is a big plus. Also, I like that our partnership with Lever Talent involves building a tailored implementation plan. Their approach to real-time diagnosing and discussion is refreshing because it's not just a one-size-fits-all solution.

I like how Lever Talent helps us quickly narrow down candidates that are right for the role by efficiently managing the large number of applicants we receive. I find the predictive index feature most valuable. Additionally, I enjoy evaluating the way our team interacts based on behavioral assessments, and I appreciate using it to evaluate new candidates by their responsiveness and completion of the assessments.

Ease of use, cost and communication.  All of our employees like seeing their PI results and they all agree the assessment is accurate.

I don't see any downsides.  I think it takes time to set it up when you first start, so that you get full use of the product.

The biggest drawback of their system is not really their issue but the issue of using the right tools after they are done. What do you do with the recommendations they give you, do you have the tools (like Engagedly) to help activate your employee development, engagement and productivity programs? This is something we did not struggle with since we have tools like Engagedly in house but I can see companies using standard HRIS systems and no tools to activate this

There's nothing I dislike about working with this team. The only thing that can be slightly annoying is that they are essentially the middle person between PI and the client. So if there's anything wrong with the platform or you have product questions, they have to go back to PI to get that info from you. But that is a minor.

I did not get to work directly with the company's representatives often, as my orgnaization was mainly in the platform, but I attended a training meeting discussing the reason why the PI works so well and I found it very interesting that Lever Talent offered courses like that to help companies better understand the product they are purchasing.

There were no downsides that I noticed during my time using their services.

A problem within our organization was that it was both hard to tell how certain teams could work together well and what the best way to highlight an indidviduals strength and weaknesses in order to have them work efficiently were. Lever Talent offering this product benefited us immensely during our time using it.

Because Lever Talent is somewhat at the mercy of the pre-employment assessment provider to resolve issues on the platform, there are the occasional redundancies and double-checking for solutions.

I loved the team work environment. Everyone in my class all had different PI personalities, so it was so great to collaborate with others and work different senarios.

The virtual classes were a little rough. Class 2 was my favorite and kept me engaged, but the class 3 went too quickly and really could have used more info on the different leading types.

The slides that were prepared was sometimes missing in our booklet. I would also provide more learning on how to read the PI assesment and provide multiple senarios on that specific letter. While also knowing how to lead the people with high A or low B etc.

Lever Talent is solving how the leader can operate proficiently to build the team. I learned so much during this class as I was really able to take a step back and learn how others are wired.
