**What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

There are numerous upsides to G&A Partners for us as they have helped in all areas of HR, they have a simple process for payroll, they have helped guide us through the crazy world of insurance benefits and they have always followed up on any issue that might have arisen during our time as a client.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

There really hasen't been anyting that we have disliked with G&A. We have had some speed bumps along the way but those issues have always been promptly addressed.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

As with any PEO you have to make sure the fit is right for you. We left two other PEO's because they did not understand our needs and did nothing to solve the issues that came about. While I highly recommend G&A I also say make sure and do your due diligence.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A handles all our payroll and HR needs which has helped to free up time and to allow our company to concentrate on other matters. They have helped guide us in all areas of HR, with workers comp insurance and through all employment claims.
We have had a great relationship and plan on continuing our relationship for years to come.

Present all of your desires and your preferences in providing the services in your company.  We discovered that G&A was significantly more than a payroll and HR services and is a company that looks for solutions.

We are a small business and having a partner that provides the HR and Payroll services is key to ensuring timely and accurate services.  G&A has excellent resources available, we have used the time and attendance, recruiting, payroll, human resources, and governmental reporting and tax related services.

Most helpful is the structure they have to address their client partnerships: We are assigned a Client Partner that we meet with regularly to ensure all of our needs and expectations are met.  Then for each specialty area, there is an expert - Payroll, Benefits, 401(k), Employee Performance Management, Policies and Handbook, etc. Partnering with G&A Partners as our PEO gives us confidence on how to apply state specific employment laws to maintain compliance. The Implementation team was professional, knowledgable and responsive and got us up and running smoothly and seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

Truly, the hardest part was for us  it to "let go" and allow for the help and stop doing everything on our own. Then the next part is getting employees acclimated to using AccessHR for their needs.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

Consider a PEO - It can be a great solution to offering SCALABILITY for your organization without adding overhead as well as offer significant cost savings for benefits plan offerings and access to plans and pricing you might not be able to access as a smaller organization on your own.

We've had a strong experience with our PEO as a multi-state employer. They offer deep expertise across all areas of HR:  benefits, COBRA, payroll, compliance, with dedicated specialists in each area. Their support has streamlined our processes significantly and brought clarity to complex regulatory requirements to give us confidence about compliance. The breadth of resources and responsive service have made them a valuable partner for us. They have helped us to streamline our Benefits Administration as well as Payroll functions and taken on many of the tactical responsibilities so we can focus on strategic initiatives and focus on the most important thing: Our People.

Making the switch from ADP to G&A Partners has been like night and day. From the very beginning, the experience has been outstanding. Everyone at G&A is incredibly friendly, and the response time to any questions or needs is minimal. All of my account reps know exactly who I am and are familiar with our business, which makes every interaction seamless and personal.

Starting with Alex, our sales rep, to the onboarding team, and now the assigned reps managing our account, every step of the process has been handled with professionalism and care. It truly feels like they are an extension of our own team. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and support we've received. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!

Communication is key, and G&A is very efficient with communication.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

Our withholdings were confusing with the state. We had to have a lot of back-and-forth conversations because Indiana kept trying to take money, saying our withholdings weren't being reported. Also had an issue with a retroactive payroll for the owner, with finally getting an S-Corp election confirmed from the IRS.

The onboarding is very effective and well thought out. G&A ensures they know what you want from them as a provider and helps you implement it all. I did not have to input much myself personally. When we add new employees, the process is streamlined and straightforward.

Our payroll has been very efficient and timely. Our 401 (k) has been easy to implement and make changes when we want to, election-wise. The benefits are effectively communicated, and open enrollment has an easy implementation process.

Ultimately, our biggest requirement in our search for a PEO partnership was this: We needed to feel that our PEO had our backs. 
We definitely have that with G&A!

G&A serves their clients with great professionalism while offering services that are totally catered to your company / industry. 
The entire staff is a joy to work with. And actively works to collaborate, offer guidance, etc. Truly, a PARTNERSHIP!

Partnering with G&A was not our first PEO experience. However, partnering with G&A has proven much more successful than our previous experience! Our service team is readily available to us and actively seeking ways to make our professional lives better. 
Most recently, our Benefits Specialist Sarah went above and beyond during our health insurance renewal. Our Success Manager Josefina is always available and ready to help us tackle any situation with a professional grace that inspires! Our Payroll contact - Jamie is a life saver and has learned our complicated payroll and catches our mistakes before we do!

I like their team they have and how they don't hesitate to help when we have a question.  The payroll, tax and 401k groups have all been great.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

The reports are very slim for payroll purposes and could use some updating.  Also to have more reports available for payroll professionals for all aspects of time, leave, taxes, 401k and payroll would be be helpful.  We have had challenges with the benefit group team, they are not very responsive.

G&A is a great vendor, but they aren't as robust as others we have seen.  Make sure to ask alot of specific questions to see if they can help/handle before deciding.

i have been with G&A for 7 years and i will never leave. payroll is all online and the website is very easy to navigate. The time, money and BRAIN DAMAGE they save me has no price.  Its tremendous, it takes me 10-15 minutes to do payroll bi-monthly and that's with me taking a break between completing and accepting. LOL The program is easy and the amount of time and money it cost to do payroll for 10 people is crazy compared to logging in and clicking some buttons. Kathy Ranker is my day-to-day support and she is amazing i could not do it without her she is truly wonderful.

You get what you pay for in some ways. G&A was recommended to me by a PEO broker as an option for a lower-cost PEO with quality customer service. G&A is affordable and my account management contacts have been willing to work with me to negotiate costs which I greatly appreciate. Just know that in the day-to-day operations, there are tons of quirks and challenges to the tech platforms. Nothing catastrophic has happened yet, but I make sure to double or triple check every pay run, all benefits enrollments, any updates to employee info, etc. And then if there's an error, I can easily get help to correct it.

Standard PEO needs—small company, 1 HR person (me), employees working across the US.

What I like best is how easy communication is.

So far my experience with G&A has been very smooth and easy. At my last renewal call it was a clear review of the benefits, where the group could move plan wise and the group was given clear deadlines. Unlike some other PEO's the group wasn't given just a few days for a decision.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

We can offer other options such as a 401(k), life insurance, and lower premiums for health/dental than doing it alone. The added benefit of Human Resources compliance is fantastic being a small organization with fewer than 20 employees. We do not have to have an HR specialist and get informed of changes coming regarding required benefits from the State or Federal Government which G&A Partners implements with little effort on our part.

The only negative I have so far is that they have been a little slow on follow-up for our benefits this last year; however, we came on late in the year. I hope that the Benefits Specialist will notify us of changes to our health benefits and employee benefits sooner. The employees did not have that much time to make changes this year.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization uses all of G&A Partners services Payroll, HR Consulting, and Benefits Consulting. These services have reduced the stress on our staff by having the ability to clock in and out via app or computer. They have access to their payroll and benefit information anytime they need it. Best of all, employees all have $10,000 life insurance provided by our company which could not be provided before, 401(k) , and Employee Assistance Program all of which have been added through our relationship with G&A Partners.

Human Resource questions I have had have been answered within 24 business hours and usually with a representative calling to discuss the issue personally. This has been a great benefit and is readily accessible.

The present quite well at point of sale and sell you a bill of goods they cannot deliver.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

They are reactive, defensive, deflective and out for themselves not their customers or people.  Totally morally corrupt.  Terrible technology.  Not customizable.  Clunky/slow/ineffective and all white labeled.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

Don't consider them.
